  Enclavado en la cabecera del lago Scanno, con vista unica

  muy buena ubicacion , rodeado de bosques y lago , muy buen hotel , desayunos y comida de muy buen nivel , la vista desde la habitacion al lago y de fondo una capilla del 1702 , realmente hermoso , empleados muy cordiales , hotel recomendable , sin puntos en contra .-

  Cheap and cheerful.

  Rooms provide everything you need but are basic, the lakeside view is obscured by a tree but the aspect is still enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was poor, with the butter inedible. A pleasant stay.

  We would not book a room at Hotel Del Lago again.

  The Hotel is dated, felt like owners do not wish to spend money on the Hotel Main problem is because when I booked there was an option to book room with a view of the lake an additional cost of around 300 . The lake is large and beautiful you do not get a nice view of lake, it is ridiculous to charge extra 300 for this. I requested to be refunded for the additional cost charged but the Hotel were not concerned The Hotel was noisy during night and early morning. This was partly due to some customers being inconsiderate and due to some young female staff who were often banging on the door near our room and talking, generally making noise at night, keeping us both awake The sink tap was constantly dripping heavily making noise Mattress was old, uncomfortable. Breakfast was meant to be from 8 till 10 if you didn't go early there wasnt much left. The milk for cereals was warm. The Hotel does not control the hotel parking so sometimes not possible to get a parking space because people who were not Customers of the hotel had taken the spaces. The internet was very poor hardly usable. The electricity supply for our room went off so we were without power for a while. Hotel marketing said they have bikes that can be used for free, this is one of the reasons why we booked this hotel. When we arrived, staff said hotel has no bikes for customers Staff were friendly, food was well below average for the area. There are some lovely restaurants in Scanno serving fantastic food

  Nice location but the hotel is dark and outdated.

  The location of this hotel is very nice because it sits next to Lago di Scanno, which is a beautiful and tranquil blue-green lake. But the hotel really could use a renovation. Many public areas are worn out looking, the tennis court looked abandoned, parking was very tight, and it did not appear that many rooms had good views of the surrounding scenery. Our room was very dark inside, although it had a window in the bathroom and a window in the bedroom. We had a parital view of the lake but it was not a very good one. The room seemed very outdated and the blanket on the bed looked like something from the 1980's - we wondered how often it gets laundered. This hotel could be much better if they renovated the rooms with light colors and bigger windows to let the sunlight in. The furniture could also use updating. The positive of this hotel was the wonderful staff. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful.

  A review only for the restaurant - a mixed bag!

  We only ate here and the meal was mixed. I ordered pasta and it was lovely. My husband had a pasta dish and a secondi and was disappointed with the main. His pasta was also great but the pork came with under cooked, cold potatoes and was just ok. We asked for a side salad but got some green vegetables on his pork plate instead. However desserts were then great, as was the wine. Overall a nice meal with a good view, but maybe stick to the pasta and desserts!
