  What a wonderful place

  What an incredible gem we found. We stayed here for our second anniversary from January 3-6, 2021. We quarantined in our home for 7 days and came straight to VT with a negative test. Wwe wanted to ski and snowboard at Mount Snow's and have room for takeout. We found the perfect place. We reserved and stayed in the Dahlia room, which is a well appointed room when the feel of a cabin. A rainfall shower, gas fireplace, and french doors that lead to a sitting area on the deck. The morning view of the snow couldn't be any more quaint. The room is actually quite warm (and insulated!). We had the thermostat set at 55 the whole time. The gas fireplace and ceiling fan kept is quite cozy. There were times we cracked the door to let the winter air in! The bathroom and shower were spacious. The tub has jets and fit one adult nicely. The towels was super soft!! The inn has several common areas. Although they may be off limits during covid, mid week there are not many guests, so there is a chance to use them to eat or relax if you need more space. There is a library, two giant family rooms, and the dining space There's probably more on the third floor, but we didn't explore there! The innkeepers are Ariane and Scott, who are marvelous. They provide breakfast every day. The pancakes, yogurt, and other choices were great. The scones are amazing!! They normally have a dinner service on weekends but it is suspended during Covid-19. However, there are plenty of great takeout options in West Dover and Wilmington. We recommend Dover Forge and Anchor Seafood, the latter also having limited dine in seating. EV friends - there is a Tesla charger and J1772 charger on site. The inn is a literal 5 minute drive to the Sundance lot of Mount Snow and 7 minutes to the main lot. It's 30 minutes from Brattleboro and 40 months to Bennington. We are already planning our return in the late part of winter and we have already recommended this place to another friend.

  Beautiful, Relaxing Escape From Reality

  My boyfriend and I booked the Deerhill Inn as a last minute Mt. Snow getaway. We are season pass holders and have stayed at a few other places in the area, but Deerhill blew us away! Walking in you feel right at home. Ariane and Scott did EVERYTHING to make their guests feel comfortable during these unpredictable times. Although the bar was not open to sit at, if you call the hosts they will bring whatever drink you want to your room or one of the adorable and comfortably decorated sitting areas. The dining room was large and had a beautiful view of the mountain. There are multiple fireplaces and couches in the common areas, along with an extensive DVD collection and a library where you could enjoy a game of chess. We stayed in the Dahlia room which was on the smaller side but absolutely perfect for us! It was SUPER CLEAN! The bathroom had a jetted tub with a waterfall showerhead and complimentary toiletries. The towels were soft and fluffy. There were 2 complimentary robes in the room to make you feel even more at home. The room was equipped with homemade cookies, water bottles and a kurieg. Breakfast was to die for and I highly suggest the pancakes! I can't wait until they reopen for dinner. Ariane and Scott were wonderful and accommodate any need you may have. If you are a dog lover, don't forget to say hi to Josie! We loved playing with her before breakfast! We absolutely cannot wait for our next stay!

  This is where you want to be in VT

  It's the kind of place you see in a Hallmark movie. It's so beautiful, inside and out. The breakfast is amazing. I can't tell you how long it's been since I've felt so warm and cozy while away from home. The couple that own, and run, the inn are the nicest people and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. They are also doing a great job keeping everything clean and safe. We were never in the dining room with more than one other, socially distanced table. The view out the windows while you eat breakfast is stunning. It happened to snow on our last day, so that added to our enjoyment. This inn should be your first choice if you're looking for a place to stay in Mt. Snow. Also only five minutes to the ski resort.

  The best bed and breakfast experience in Vermont!

  Very conveniently located and just a couple of mins drive to Mt Snow. The owners are warm, gracious and super friendly. The protocols for covid-19 made us feel comfortable and safe. The interiors are tastefully decorated and the room was spotless clean and looked even better in person. Felt very cozy and at home. The a la carte breakfast was 5-star, and comparable to branded luxury hotels! Chocolate chip pancakes were especially memorable. We also enjoyed Josies company, absolutely adorable. Definitely the top choice in the region and will recommend to others.

  Exceeded ALL expectations! Felt like home away from home!

  This lovely inn is tucked snugly away from the main road, just a 10 minute drive from Mount Snow. The rooms were well-kept and very cozy - ours included an in-room fireplace perfect for a cold winter weekend after a full day of skiing. It felt more like a guest bedroom at a relative's home instead of a stuffy hotel. Ariane and Scott take every little detail into consideration, from the well-decorated common areas to being available for any custom request you may have. DO NOT skip on the breakfast. Whether you want it delivered to your door to have breakfast in bed or to enjoy down in the dining room with other guests everything is absolutely delicious and a cannot MISS. Lastly, we do want to point out that everything was extremely clean and safe given the COVID 19 times we are living in, All rooms are cleaned 24 hours prior to a new guests arrival, and even when sitting for breakfast, all plates, glasses and utensils are brought once you sit as to not be sitting out for others to touch or breathe on.
