  Una grata sorpresa

  este hotel nos ha sorprendido de forma muy positiva, la estructura es muy bonita, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. La atención muy buena. Hemos cenado en el restaurante del hotel y hemos comido muy bien

  Agradable hotel boutique

  Pasamos sólo una noche en este bonito hotel sitúa,do en warrnambool. Desde la entrada inspira un ambiente de calma y tranquilidad. Todo decorado en colores blanco y plateado. Tamaño adecuado de la habitación, y muy grande del baño, con una impresionante separación entre ambos. Que se puede utilizar de pared, espejo, etc..... Y que depende de como la coloques te ds un ambiente o otro de de la habitación. Desgraciadamente no pudimos utilizar el SPA, por la hora en que llegamos. staff, muy agradable.

  Bueno a buen precio

  Hotel al lado de la playa, un poco alejado del centro, con todos los servicios y comodidades. Habitaciones amplias y confortables. Desayuno completo y restaurante satisfactorio, todo ello a un precio muy razonable.

  Buen hotel de la costa sur de Australia

  Estuvimos una sola noche, pero nos gustó mucho. Habitación muy amplia y hotel con muchas facilidades. Nosotros llegamos de noche y nos costó un poco encontrarlo ya que no hay mucha iluminación en la carretera. En recepción, nos atendieron muy bien.

  Deep Blues

  A small group of us wanted to try the Deep Blue Hot springs. It was hard to find accomodation so we decided to stay at the hotel it's self. The price we were willing to pay unfortunately did not match the service, quality or expectation. Yes it was post covid times and everyone wanted to go on holiday and spend money which we didn't have an issue with however, this hotel took full advantage of our desire for a holiday. Best way to describe this is to list it, the "heated" pool was cold (despite us informing them twice about it, we only lasted 10 minuets in the freezing water), the restuarant customer service was non existent by one worker who got one of our orders wrong and then spent the rest of the night ignoring us to the point that we had to get up and go to the other waitress to get a fork, some sauce and some drinks. We paid for a roll away bed for only one night yet they tried to charge us for two. Breakfast was not included, you had to pay an additional fee (which we did not as the previous nights dinner meal was not the finest of qualities) however given the price we paid for a room, just a room, you would think brekkie could've been thrown in. Just one good point, the view was great from my room yet again not worth the price. Now to the springs it's self. Although the venue is small especially compared to the Mornington ones which I highly recommend, it was much appreciated that the limit of people was low. This allowed for it to not feel overcrowded or too busy. I didn't appreciate the time limit as I tend to stay for longer than 2 hours at these things but that's just me. Another thing I didn't appreciate was the so called relaxing music which just echoed unnecessarily in the cave pools and wasn't relaxing at all. Some pools weren't hot enough despite saying their optimal temperature yet I found the cold pools very refreshing. All in all I'm glad I tried something new however next time I'll just stick to what and where I know.
