  Excellent staff .Emrah Can was one of the best staff I come across throughout my trip excellent service . Always helpful and understanding 5stars***** will recommend to anyone whos travelling to Turkey excellent.

  My First Ski Trip with the Right Hotel!

  This is my first trip for Ski, Erzurum is the right place to learn Ski, the teacher really helpful, fun, and no pressure at all. At Palandeoken Erzurum, Dedeman Ski Lodge the right hotel for you. the hotel is just across the ski slope, and beside Chairlift. The hotel is with the great service, friendly, and comfortable to stay! my room was the 1st floor, with Balcony, beautiful view from my room, and the room got enough space. I would recommend this hotel for you is you come to Palandoeken Erzurum, worth to stay! Their Breakfast always better and better, never missed a breakfast 1 during the stay in this hotel. Thanks to the staff that always entertain us as foreigner, despite their english is not that good, but their supeeeerrrrr friendly and helpful. Thanks to Emrah for the hospitality, and Mamed for the warm greeting and helpful to arrange everything for the ski or anything else.

  Friendly Staff, Nice Hotel

  I just checked out from Dedeman Palandoken Ski Lodge, overall it was a pleasant stay, I recommend you to book here for your ski trip. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate us. Although, almost none of them speak english (not even a bare minimum), I really appreciate their effort to communicate with us. So expect some misunderstanding if u're staying in this hotel especially regarding airport shuttle (their third party, safir tour was the worst.. I dont recommend to use their airport shuttle either to pickup or to send you). Use google translate because it helped us to communicate a lot during our stay. We'd like to thank Memet for his great service! From room service to ski rental & passes, we're totally depended on him and he did a great job!! Also to Emrah from the restaurant department for your kind help during our stay. Dedeman ski lodge serves nice breakfast, we stayed for 5 nights and didnt get bored of it at all. If you're snowboarding, I recommend you to rent from the rental shop next to the ski pass counter instead, because the rental shop below dedeman ski lodge didn't have plenty equipment for snowboarders. We were staying at triple room with a balcony ad we loved it so much. Thanks again dedeman ski lodge staff, hopefully we will meet again one day! :)

  Good hotel

  This is a lovely hotel near the chairlift. The room is warm, the bed comfortable and Emrah does a good job making the breakfast. There is a piano in the lounge, and a good ski room for getting ready. masa'Allah.

  Good 4-stars price/value and great location

  A good place to stay for skiing in Palandoken. The location is great - the slopes start right next to the door. The service matches 4-stars: rooms are comfortable and clean, there is ski lock (30 TYR), sauna and fitness, the stuff is benevolent (with Eihar aka Pushkin the most active and friendly). Things to improve: breakfast is quite the same everyday, with not much hot dishes to choose from and not very tasty; sauna is only 50 degrees (when usually 70+); not many employees speak English (none at the reception). Also for lunch / dinner there was a small choice in menu. To sum up, the price/value is good!
