  loved it, looks like a family business hotel

  Daily housekeeping, nice room with, no insects at all. They let us check in before 2pm, even though check in is at 2. Pool area is quiet and clean. Nice and polite staff, and like I said before, it remind of a family business.

  Good and cheap hotel

  We had an apartment for 4 persons, and the rooms were cleaned,we had a nice view,room was quiet,we didn't expect more for the money we had paid.The hotel is very close to the beach,5 minutes walking only, they have night receptionist and they have a small bar and restaurant. Mr Nikos was very kind and helpful. The location is close driving to Protaras and Ayia Napa. We will definitely come back when we will return Protaras area. Free internet in public area.

  This is NOT a 3* hotel!

  We stayed at Debbie Xenia over October half term. I contacted the hotel over a month before we arrived and requested a top floor room, however my email was not responded too, nor was our request met. The hotel on the outside looks fine, lovely size pool, lots of sunbeds. The hotel is located in a quiet area and closer to the beach than we thought which was a bonus. Check-in was quick. Our room was on the 2nd floor. The apartment was had 1 bedroom which was a lovely size. The balcony was also a nice size with a table and 4 chairs. The apartments and furniture are very dated. The kitchen facilities do not cater for 'self catering' guests as there are no microwaves or grill/toasters. Pretty basic stuff if you advertise self catering apartments! The bathrooms need to be replaced, they were filthy. I won't go into detail as I am basing this on our apartment only, but I felt as if I was walking into a bathroom from 1979. Too much grime and black hairs everywhere for me. There is a bar/restaurant in the hotel however we never used this so cannot comment on the service or quality. The prices did seem higher than those of restaurants within a minute walk. There is a games room, which our children could not use as it was being used as a storage area. Based on our visit and the fact we have been on 2 other 3* holidays this year which were much better quality, I would rate this hotel at the very top a 2*. The bathroom and kitchens are in desperate need of being updated. We would not return to this hotel and would not recommend sadly.

  Very good value

  This hotel is very clean with friendly helpful staff. Not to far from the beach. Very good value for money. Near to restaurants and shops. Pool area is clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and we had a lovely balcony to sit out in. No complaints. A lovely hotel.

  Lovely holiday apartment

  Lovely, simple, clean and friendly. Excellent location, very near to the beautiful Kalamies beach. No complaints about this hotel and would stay there again. Good transport in the area, with a regular bus service to nearby Protaras and Ayia Napia.
