  Great Experience in difficult times of pandemic.

  I am Vasant Kelkar from Weilburger, Mumbai. I stayed in the hotel from 21st September till 2nd of October. It was a business trip. I was really taken aback by entire experience of staff. My room was immaculate everyday by changing everything without fail. Clean and Nice look always. Food was superb and was delivered right time and in room. Staff was courteous and extremely helpful. All the norms of pandemic were followed strictly and was a great feeling of safety and security in my mind and heart. My heart goes out praying for safety of your staff. Hats off to them for putting their lives in danger and serving us. Hats off. Salute. They deserve truly to be called "Warriors". Kindly accept gratitude from me. I will ensure that every month I will stay at same property to repay the debt. I owe them a lot. Thanks all of you.

  Shocked!

  I don't know why i see 5 rating from majority !! When i actually saw most of the customers self including were dissatisfied with the service.Speaking about me, it took 1.5 hrs to just serve 1 starter and 2 fresh lime sodas.Hookah had no flavor but only coal. The staff was extremely rude.Please don't spoil your evening guys!! Just don't go here seeing the review,just like I did. There are many roof top cafes which is better than this.Most importantly they have courteous staff unlike this place.

  Great experience

  I had an excellent experience during my stay at De Sovrani. Staff are extremely courteous and polite. From the reception to the bell boys everyone made sure i had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended

  Nice staff

  Today we had our dinner in SAND. Staffs are really nice, specially Chef Bipul, Mr Pradyut. They really knows the meaning of hospitality.. Keep it up, we will come back again. Chef Bipul Sarkar really made our evening awesome...

  Fantastic service with clean environment. Mr.Swapan is the house keeping supervisor helped me a lot for giving me such information. And also i liked the house keeping GSA Mr. Hare Krishna's support. I wish will come again and getting the superb support.
