  Nice Family Room

  This is our first trip since pandemic Covid-19. This also our 2nd stayed at this hotel. Previously we stayed at Executive Club and we are happy with the choosen room. We only stay 1 night in Royal Twee. The room suitable for family. Room is very nice consist of living room with sofa and flat tv, rest room, pantry with microwave, stove, refregerator and dining table for 4 pax. Bed room in 2nd floor with 1 bathroom & 1 flat tv. Overall room is very nice and comfortable but the cleaness must be improved especially the floor, doors and glass. We also got problem water drain in bathroom. We have to call house keeping to fix it. Due to pandemic Covid-19, hotel offering room in breakfast. After 2 hours the breakfast still not coming yet so we have to go down to the restaurant to remind the staff for our breakfast. Limited parking lot so we must drop our car key.

  Good hotel

  Clean hotel and they have put me wif city view,,which is good view. The receptionist quite so so,,less eye contact which is important if you are wearing mask,maybe they are just too tired(i think). The barista at coffee shope quite friendly.

  Perfect Stay

  Had a late night check in, super friendly welcome by Novan/Noval (sorry I forgot) at reception with hassle-free registration. Very clean and spacious room. Had an AC problem on the first night but the technician quickly responded and fixed the situation. Breakfast was served with the well-implemented new health protocol yet still efficient and responsive service. The hot food choices were tasty and quite varied. More salad options at cold section will be nice though. Strategically located, this hotel will also be perfect for family staycation since it has a nice swimming pool and kids club on the same level. Special thanks to Bu Muthia (Executive Secretary) in arranging our reservation very promptly and helpfully. Great experience. Surely will return. Thank you De Paviljoen Bandung.

  Lack of coordination and racist behaviour!!!

  The moment of check in (Oct 6,2020) the girl receptionist informed me that we couldnt have early check in. The reservation guy said the hotel was in low occupancy that day we checked in. It made me wonder why we couldnt have early check in. The reservation guy was mistaken for my booking with other travel agency booking. When I had breakfast this morning (Oct 7, 2020) it was obvious the staffs of the restaurant were racist, I brought my caucasian friend over during the breakfast and he was served completely with hospitality while when I ordered my American Breakfast I had to pick up my own plate. When I asked for the late check out the receptionist girl allowed me to vacate the room at 1.30 pm. Surprisingly when I was about to check out the room at 1.00 pm another guy called my room and ask me to vacate the room immediately. It showed that reception and reservation departments have no good standard to handle the guests neither good coordination works. One is contradicting to anothers. Im very disappointed with these behavior over all. I dont think that I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues, families and friends for further stay. During this COVID-19 situation, they should be gracious in treating all guest equally with respect and kindness. Hospitality is supposed to be the core of their services. These behaviors reflect that HIM Hospitality/Hotels is unable to provide amicable and hospitable experience for their guests.

  The most family friendly hotel in Bandung

  De Pavilijoen hotels is the best family hotel in Bandung, we always stay in here if visited Bandung.Their service to us very excellent with personal touch, they knowing our specific needs very well like non smoking room, additional toiletries and also we always get a personal welcoming message.The staff very friendly and give fast response if we need something.During this pandemic, their health protocols makes us very comfortable to stay there, they have so many handsanitizer, using disinfectant for the room and give a seal for every room when the room already clean and safe and all the staff always using a mask and also gloves during give a service to the guest. My kids also very happy because she can swimming at the clean pool safely. This hotels located in one of the main road of Bandung city, we can reach many famous place like gedung sate,mosques,factory outlet and many legendary cafe or culinary by walking distances.It is very recommended hotels if you and your family want to stay at Bandung.
