  3 months at De Palma Shah Alam

  I've stay here for 3 months and i like this place, its very comfortable for budget hotel, foods are good too, and the receptionist are very kind and friendly especially Sofea, so far im really satisfied with this hotel services .

  Spacious and clean room, near to restaurant and friendly FO receptionist

  Arriving at the hotel, im impressed with the outstanding new look and the cleanliness of the hotel lobby. Check-in with hassle-free and friendly frontdesk officer. I get my keycard within seconds only and i can have a good rest after a very long journey. Room are very spacious and clean. Recommended for traveller with or without family.

  Disappointed

  I checked in yesterday and they have a problem with internet for the whole day so i am unable to done my work. And for today they only replaced one towel in my room. I called to the reception staff asking for towel, she said okay. After 5 minutes, a guy from reception give a call and mention they dont have stock for the towel!! How can it be?? I called back to the reception, a lady pick up my call and she said okay she will send it up. Thanks to her. So the question here, what is happening with that guy actually??? 1st there is no internet connection on the first day, lucky the second day it back to normal. 2nd you guys didnt replace two towel in the room, 3rd you mention that you dont have enough stock for towel while you only gave me one towel?? And that lady manage to provide me the towel. Please bring your own towel if you wanna stay here. Overall facilities is okay. The lobby is nice and clean. Just need enough training for the certain staff here. Treat your guest with fairway and we will comeback.

  Hotel Review

  This hotel here is old. Needs maintenance however it provide sufficient service such as wifi, laundry etc. it is near the main road to get to the city centre and highway shah alam. For me it is a convenient location for people to come for events like weddings. As they have event hall.
