  Worth a stay

  The hotel is located at the Eastern end of Gerardmer which is away from the pretty bits. It has plenty of parking and the rooms were good. Dinner was good and breakfast standard French standard. Staff were friendly and helpful making our stay enjoyable. Would stay again

  Very average

  The room looks really bad. All is very old, need to be renewed. Breakfast is OK, but without any service. The street is very loud was not bale to sleep longer than 5.30 Staff is friendly. Did not get the key to open the front door at nicht.

  Nice hotel for 1 night

  Good hotel, clean, good french breakfast. The beds were also good. I slept well. We had the junior suite. The bathroom was a little bit older. So was the shower in the room aside. Really nice women at the reception.

  Good customer service

  We stayed overnight whilst travelling. The staff were very helpful on arrival and indeed when we left an item there they were quick to respond so it could be returned. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice. It isn't your modern boutique hotel and would benefit from updating but it met our needs well and we had a good nights sleep.

  Lovely Stay

  I went there with the kids for a ski weekend, and spent 2 nights in this hotel. It was exactly like the descriptions you can read on booking.com, there were no bad surprises, the room was quite big, the bed comfortable. We ate at their restaurant after our late arrival on the first day, had a local raclette, which is a melted cheese dish with potatoes, really tasty. The service was attentive and forthcoming. The breakfast buffet was very nice, plenty of different fresh, local and tasty breads and pastries. And the owners are very charming and welcoming people. Great value for money!
