  Nice location, average room quality

  The location is fantastic, as is directly opposite of the main shopping mall, but hotel is very hard to locate, as its hidden inside city complex, staff is friendly. After check in, use the toilet, room have a USE towel hanging on the side of the toilet that make me gross. The bed is hard, but its comfortable. Price of the hotel is cheap for such a location, so nothing must to complain.

  Too small and very budget hotel

  I just stayed here for 1 night. U travellinv with kids this hotel not recommended.. no window.. no bottle water.. but u can get a pictcher to get a water in the corner but the taste of the water is not good. No window so no good circulation ..

  Good value for just resting

  I came to Bangkok for whole day activity, so i just need good night sleep, doesn't bother the hotel facility. I had three night here. Location Cons: 1. Inside a building for textile grocery, lobby is at 6th while rooms are at 6th and 7th. 2. No car lobby and car park. it means a little bit difficult if you are coming/going at weekdays at working hour, (because you have to be ready with you big luggage at open sidewalk) and the taxi or car may not have space for park .... but don't worry everything will be okay 3. Beware if you are bring heavy luggage, because the entry to elevator are about 10 step down, and there are bollard in front of the elevator so you have to lift up your luggage).....and of course no access for wheel chair. Pros: 1. Budget hotel within walking distance to some big mall 2. Near few night market Actually its easy to locate because the building is on the main street. they already mention in their website Be sure to locate first using google map before you arrive. Room: 1. Enough for two person with big luggage. 2. Bathroom was OK and big space. 3. Bed a little bit hard for some people. 4. Lighting are bit dark. 5. No smoking room in all hotel area Front desk staff are helpful in case you need something, and they speak good English. As i remembered they need deposit at check-in Overall it's OK if you on a budget, and just need for sleep

  Great big disappointment

  The receptionist was rude when we checked in and very condescending. When we greet staff in the morning, they just walk away with a black face. On one of the days, we put the "Do Not Disturb" sign out and came back to find that a staff had actually been to our room. Their excuse? It was an emergency. Is it really an emergency when you come into our room to put a soap bottle? This hotel needs to train their staff properly. Will not recommend this place no matter how convenient the location is. It claims to be a three-star hotel but its service is only one star.

  Rude reception, smelly, dirty and noisy

  The only think it is ok is Location. The room are very smelly it doesn't look like in the photo at all. When i complaint about the smell the reception did not care much and said i cant change the room or cancel. With this price i was staying in the hotel opposite which a little cheaper and I'd give them 5 star with service and everything. The room is dirty with no catpet and dust every where, no slipper to ise in the room no wardrobe, no table. When i complaint about the smell the reception said its just like this sending one guys into my room with the spray and walk every where in the room with his shoes on. Imagine how dirty it is and no slipper for me to use in the room. Im trying to ring booking from the first night because i can't stand with the smell and facilities in this hotel. But the women at the reception said you can check out but you wont get your money back. And booking tell me this hotel are taking money from us directly so we can't check out early or doing any cancellation even the hotel are not as described. And you can heard everything people walming past, talking or walking in front of the door. This hotel did not even provide a still water. They will give you a jug to walk out of your room and get the water from disposable machine. I wonder how you get 4 star on booking. I would say 1 star is more than enough for service and facilities.
