  Best value there is

  We stayed here for 2 nights to attend my friend's wedding reception. We were skeptical at first, but for the money you paid for; I am quite satisfied. The room decoration is alright, cleanliness is good too. The room didn't smell too. The only downside is the breakfast. I would rate them average or below average in term of taste. There was only a few of variety as well. But overall, I might stay again when I visit Bandung next time.

  Budget Hotel with Poor Service

  First of all i was shock, they claimed 3 stars hotel. 1. On my bed sheet there is blood stain ( They even not say sorry for this ) 2. My Pillow case also have stain ( They said is problem with the laundry ) 3. Breakfast was poor not much choice 4. When you need extra pillow or Blanket you need to pay extra ( are you sure this is 3 stars hotel ? ) Thats what i get from this hotel, i really regret to choice this hotel. Staff was not friendly and polite.

  near train station and airport

  normally I'm staying in Favehotel Pascal as I have some projects during 2017, but during this time the hotel was fully booked. The location was perfect for me as also near from the airport because I need to take flight to another city at the end of my stay. The service was excellent I guess, greeting in the entrance and helping me with the luggage until the receptions with typical Sundanese hospitality. In the receptions also good service and fast for check in. The room was OK. The furniture was bit old and with dark ambiance. The restaurant for the breakfast I think need improvement, very low ceiling and again dark ambiance. Not really comfortable to have a nice breakfast to start your day.

  NEVER TO STAY AGAIN!

  We are coming w/ our daughters & they give us the first room like a Hell, the AC setting already 16 degrees C, & its really Hot. Can u imagine that we sleeping in the room with broken AC with our children? I came to Receptionist & they said we can move to another room. Ok then we moved and you know what?!?! We are having the same situation again with previous, but this time its not to hot, but still sweating. I came to the Reception and ask if the Standard of AC for all rooms like my room? And he said that they setting the AC for 22 degrees C for all the rooms. *you think that your guest is that stupid??? How come that you could make a setting for all AC that it has its own remote control?.*

  BAD COMMUNICATIONS AMONG THE STAFFS ! REALLY POOR SERVICE !

  Several times we bring guests from China and Taiwan, and stay at D'Batoe Boutique Hotel. But bad things always happen even though we've complained several times. We see communication between staff at this hotel is not good. Our guests missed dinner because the staff in the previous shift were not coordinating with others. The messages we leave are often forgotten and this is a big problem! Please pay attention! We are ashamed of our guests if the service provided by you is not satisfying! And what is also important is that there is no proper prayer room for Muslims. The mosque is in the basement but the place is very disgusted and dirty. Not worthy of prayer. Please provide a better place
