  A Great Quick Stay!

  Reserved a room after a lengthy drive and was pleasantly surprised! It was a great stay - very clean, comfortable, and more notably the staff was great! Andrew helped tremendously and was extremely pleasant when I arrived and greeted me by name in the morning with breakfast to go! I will be definitely stopping here on my way through to rest my head!

  Clean, welcoming and hospitable

  I stopped here after a long drive from Western Canada, and was pleased by the warm welcome, clean room, and good sleep I got there. I booked on Expedia which I probably won't do again, as the woman at the front desk said she could have offered me a room upgrade had I booked with the hotel directly ... I'll know better for next time. I ended up with a handicap accessible room which I did not need; nevertheless, it was a nice room. The hotel was clean and bright, the staff were all cheerful, the location perfect for me - I can't think of anything that wasn't to my satisfaction. The bagged breakfast in the morning offered some good options - better than most in my travels across Canada. I would definitely stay here again.

  Nice hotel in a good neighborhood.

  If you book this hotel, be aware that there will be no cleaning service during your stay due to COVID. You would think that with a virus floating around that they would clean more often rather than less often.

  Great service & lodging

  We found this place by the helpful signs that the municipality provides at each intersection along the expressway. Advised by a former resident of Thunder Bay, we were not disappointed. Clean and orderly, meeting covid 19 requirements, the staff provided answers to all our enquiries for directions to get needed service for our car as well as location of an amethyst shop downtown. A first class operation!

  Glad we picked this hotel for extended stay!

  Selected a King suite so that we would have a separate sitting area, couch, microwave and fridge was well worth the extra cost since our visit to Thunder Bay had to be extended to 7 nights due to a compicated vehicle repair. We were very pleased with the pandemic protocols followed by the front desk and cleaning staff. We appreciated that cleaning staff did not enter the room, but that we could easily get clean linen whenever we wanted and when requested, did organize for the room to be vaccoumed. The bagged breakfast options were appreciated as opposed to not having any breakfast at all. The location was perfect ..... close enough to highway and businesses; but in a very quiet location situated away from busy roads. The rooms backing onto the green space add to this quiet characteristic. The only noise we heard was the morning heavy footsteps from the room above our lobby level room. We also appreciated the understanding of front desk rep Tammy who was willing to be flexible with our late check out due to the uncertainty as to when our vehicle would be ready for pick up.
