  Roseville location is very bad rooms and customer service

  My hot tub tile was broken hot tub was dirty the jet rings was just sitting in the hot tub we had to clean on our own hot tub no towels til mid night no cover til mid night no tv it needed an HDMI cord amd remote til after 1am and when i called to speak to the manager they thought i was on hold and after they laughed and talked she hung up on me then wouldn't answer the phone i had to call corporate i will never return cigarette burns in the comforter table legs was very weak the legs was going in different directions it was all bad but the mid night lady tried to help and i thank her

  Very disappointed

  I would not recommend this hotel to any decent human being. Had I known the quality of the hotel I would not have booked a reservation. The jacuzzi tub paint was all chipped. The curtains were dirty, stained lamp shade, walls, rusted refrigerator and it smelled like smoke which I called the front desk to notify them of that and to ask question and had to leave a voice message. It was just my fiancé and myself laughing and talking when we received a knock at the door from hotel security. There was no problem that he asked us if we to keep it down. The parking lot was basically empty and he stated that he could hear, us not that there had been any complaint. However instead of him making his request and going on his way he felt it necessary to lecture us after my fiancée agreed to comply he still was at the door. Weird. He continued in a rude and aggressive manner. She went to front desk to complain about his unprofessional demeanor only for the security guard to continue to be rude, aggressive and over talking her as she was talking to the front desk agent. We had only been in the room 2 hours or less. We are not wild party people we just wanted a quick getaway and there was no reason for this to be handled in this manner. The lady at the front was dry and nonchalant to say the least she. This hotel is a dump and the the attitude of the staff is mirrored reflection of the lack of care for any customer. Wish I had read the other reviews.

  Not for a family stay!

  Stop here along the way up north for a night, granted it was the cheaper room in the area, so hey, one night nooo problem right. Guess again, pull into the hotel, looks beautiful. Remind you I checked my family in about 1030pm. Anywho go to the front desk and the lobby is also gorgeous so now Im thinking what a great deal. Goes to the room that was given and do a walk through. Wallpaper peeling, blood stained carpet, rust looking stained tub, bathroom floor tile missing. Just a nightmare.

  Excellent

  Everything was as expected, really enjoyed staying there. We will be staying there again soon. Thanking the staff for ask that they do to keep the rooms looking nice and church. Looking forward to my next trip.

  ALMOST CLEAN

  We had a jacuzzi room and it was pretty decent except the sofa was soiled/dirty with worrisome stains. I checked our bedding to ensure it was clean and that was fine. So we didn't have to leave the room
