  Just awful...stay away

  We booked this hotel based on reviews from trip advisor, but should have checked Google instead. Im a small business owner so I dont like to make bad reviews, but this place is not good and I wouldnt want any other family to stay here. We just needed a clean quiet place to sleep while we broke up 2 days of driving. We got none of that. Arrived at 11 pm, checked into our room only to find the bed unmade and dirty towels. As we walked back to the lobby the smoke smell and weed smell was terrible. There was also loud crying from some older kid or adult coming from a room. Got our second room and it was ok. The hotel is older so I understand it might look tired, but this place is just dirty. Outside there are random grills and a bunch of clothes outside one room. Like someone got mad and dumped all the clothes off the balcony. About 5:30 am we were worked up to doors slamming and someone having a domestic argument. It was a bit scary for a few minutes. Based on the cars in the parking lot and overall experience this hotel is being used for long term housing. The overall clientele were not travelers. I hate to think what else is going on there. If we hadnt used miles for the hotel, I would have asked for my money back. During days of Covid cleanliness and safety are very important.

  Horrible service

  This was a trip I won't forget. The night front desk guy Dennis came to my door after 11 o'clock at night, stating that the room I previously stayed in was a mess. He said that I had been smoking (charged me 250 for this), he stated I had ripped a screen off a window(not the case) and said I threw a bag of trash over the window of my room. This was all false, and I had left the room at 11am that morning, followed by maids who didn't report any of this. Some 12 hours later this man came at me crazy about these ridiculous accusations.on top of that, after he even tried coming through the back door of my room while my gf was in the shower!

  Was 3 stars on Hotwire I would say 2

  The room was fine. I got this property on Hotwire. They rated it as 3 stars, I would say 2 stars. There was a lot of trash in the parking lot that they need to clean up. The room, WiFi, and coffee maker were fine.

  This place is disgusting, the Health Dept. needs to check it out!!! Anyone who worked there didn't care to hear any complaints . 2nd Floor was to be Non Smoking, it reeked of Cigarette Smoke.... No Breakfast to go...., Covid is an Excuse!!!!

  Clean, good price, great staff, early check in was a huge plus.

  I stayed at this hotel when I was having Lasix surgery. I need an early check-in so I would have somewhere to go after my surgery was done. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean, the price was pretty good and it was conveniently located close to where I was having my procedure. Very happy with everything.
