  Stay away horrible experience

  We stayed 2 nights at this hotel for my nieces wedding. First off the hotel is in need of a major cleaning Our room was small, and out dated, microwave and fridge had finger prints all over them. Beds only had 3 pillows on each. And when we called down for more, reception questioned us on how many people we had in the room. And never brought us any more pillows. Only one pod of each decaf and regular coffee again when asked for more because we all like regular in the morning, they wouldnt bring us any. Again questioned how many in room. There were 3 of us. Breakfast is a joke. Always out of coffee , no fruit other then old apples, white bread,white English muffins, mini chocolate chip muffins and waffles that again was empty and only syrup to put on them. They closed the breakfast room 20 minutes early. And then to top it off when we went to check out they tried charging us for 4 people. My friend came to visit my first day there, did not stay , left when we went out for supper but I guess your not allowed visitors, it was absolutely crazy how they were trying to scrape ever cent out of you. I refused to pay it and the lady was apologetic but said her manager would have to remove it because she put it on our bill. It was the manager that checked us in. Our large family had several rooms book for this wedding and this is how we got treated. Will never recommend or stay here again. They are pinching every penny and it shows! I would rate this a 2 star hotel at most. So disappointed in it thought Days inn way better then this!will never visit another one! Id like to state we spent our last night at a Best Western in another town for half the price, it was beautiful and served a hot delicious continental breakfast!!

  Nope

  *Stayed during covid. Stay here if youre comfortable with: -an old, noisy air conditioner that will keep you up at night -staff who dont wear masks -staff who put you in a room close to other guests (despite there being plenty of other rooms available) and then refuse to move you -enjoy a view of the parking lot and enjoy being woken up by car lights Pay the extra money to stay somewhere else

  quiet, affordable, pleasant stay

  I wanted a modestly priced hotel that was clean and quiet and was pleased with my stay here. For a two star hotel, the hotel was quiet, lots of easy parking, pleasant front desk staff, and tastefully presented. Shampoo and conditioner and a bar of soap are provided; bring your own hand lotion, etc. Because of Covid, a cold bag breakfast consisting of a granola bar, pastry and juice box was given to me. In anticipation of such, I brought my own food and was grateful for the frig, microwave and coffee perk (although brought my own kettle for tea) and enjoyed my own food in my room.

  Clean, comfy and close

  Spent a month at the hotel for work and felt safe and relaxed. The bed was so comfy and the ability to get some fresh air in the room and thermostat allowed me to adjust to suit me. I appreciated having a microwave, fridge and coffee maker and easy outdoor parking close to the door. Clean and efficiently run place with easy access to Markham fair grounds. Totally happy with my stay!

  Cut every corner

  Everything about the hotel was done with the cheapest possible option. Bathroom floors were completely slanted, towels were thinnest I've ever seen. I stayed at best western next night and the towel for the floor for shower was softer and nicer then anything in this hotel. No Breakfast was provided but was advertised. Key cards had to be rekeyed because they were so old.
