NEVER Stay here!!!!This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! So ran down, nasty smell in every room, hallway etc. The staff has to be some of the most incompetent and rude people you will ever incounter; not just one staff member but seriously ALL of them are vile! If you have any issue don't think about calling their front desk without getting a rude front desk member, even walking into the lobby they are so disrespectful, don't even have the ability to say hello; plain and simple we will NEVER stay here again and we highly recommend noone ever does; this place needs a complete overhaul in staffing and the building! Don't stay here I promise you you will regret it 110%! If I could give this a zero star I would! Updated from my first part of the review: We were double charged and when we went to get our money back, we have been told I don't know how many stories as to why this happened and what excuses they had as to why it's not been refunded still after over a week...I finally get the manager Holly to deal with me and her attitude is something else to say the least! She is quite honestly a Bi$ch!!!!!!! I have gone above her head and contacted to owner as well as corporate to discuss, especially because she accused my husband and I in stealing, yet they still haven't refunded our over $300 they took. Seriously avoid this hotel at all costs, I am surprised on how this place is even still in operation, especially with ALL THE REVIEWS on several websites about how horrible this place is!!!!

NEVER STAY HERE!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!! READ THE REVIEWS!I am a travel nurse and this is the WORST hotel ever! I arrived a little after 3:30 pm on 01/04/21 to check in. I had been up since 3 am, and I was ready to get up to my room to unwind and relax. The lobby appeared and smelled clean and I thought this is good. When I went to the elevator to go to my room, there was some sort of gross looking food/grime on the elevator button panel. I was grossed out by that and started to get a little concerned. Then when I got to my room, it was dirty, grimy, and smelled like cigarette smoke. I have asthma, and can not be around that, so I went downstairs to ask about another room. The front desk clerk apologized and was nice enough to put me into another room, however the second room was just as bad as the first room. It smelled like cigarette smoke, with cigarette burns on the couch arms, and the couch arms were grimy and dark with who knows what kind of stain. I had to go back downstairs again to ask for another room. I was put into 3rd room. That room appeared clean-ish, and didn't smell like cigarette smoke, however the floor was gross and stained. At this point I was just too tired to say anything. Then when I tried to get on their WI-FI, I wasn't able to access it, and I kept getting a message saying "Unable to join", since I need WI-FI called downstairs to find out why I was unable to join their WI-FI, and the clerk's response was I don't know what to tell you, it could be the rain, but we do have WI-FI. At this point I'm too exhausted and I had already complained 4 different times now, and I didn't want to say anything more. To be honest, I should have packed up all of my stuff for the 3rd time, checkout, and go to another hotel, but instead I decided to stay and try to unwind and go to bed. When I went to take a shower there was someone else's hair on the shower wall! It was noticeable enough that it was clearly not cleaned. Tuesday morning, I decide that I do need to speak up and say something to the manager. As I get into the elevator, whatever nastiness that was on the elevator panel on Monday, was still there. No one noticed and had not cleaned it. When I let the the manager know the issues, she had an attitude and asked me "What do you want me to do?" She also said that the hotel room does get dirty and that they do clean twice a day. -Not sure what her definition of clean is, but that hotel IS NOT CLEAN! Whatever was on the elevator panel was there for 3 days before it was cleaned! - I also complained that the rooms do not look anything like they do on Booking.com, and her lame excuse was that Booking.com uses stock photos. According to her, their website shows what the rooms actually look like, and that is not true! The sane photos that are on Booking.com and their website are the same. The manager puts me into a 4th room...a 4th room!!! So ridiculous! At this point, I couldn't check out as I was on my way to work, and accepted the 4th room. When I got back to my room, and go to the mini fridge to grab some food, I notice that my food smells bad, and that the mini fridge is not working! It's just one thing after another with this place! I know that you get what you pay for, but based off the photos on BOTH of their websites, it looked clean and updated and that is not what I got on 4 different occasions. The whole hotel is in disrepair, not cleaned properly, and it looks like a bunch of homeless people are either staying in the parking lot, or staying in the hotel. AVOID THIS PLACE AND DON'T TRUST THE WEBSITE PICTURES FOR REFERENCE!!!!! THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED!!!!!

Worst ever! The worst experience ever! We booked a room that we thought was through Days Inn website. We ended up booking through reservations.com. When we checked in , the hotel required a $100 cash deposit. What the hell? We pre paid already! We talked to the desk clerk and she was extremely rude and said that it is their policy. Never heard of this before and ended up not staying. So shady!!!!

Dirty Run Down Cash Deposit? This place needs to be torn down. The land is probably worth more than this dirty rundown property. Demanded cash deposit to rent a room on top of credit card. Maybe that is because hookers are using it? The last place I stayed at anywhere close to this run down was on the reservation in Arizona.
