  Roach Infested

  Immediately upon settling in, we killed 4 roaches. We were offered a different room but it was late and very likely all rooms were infested. Room was not thoroughly cleaned, very outdated and needs fresh paint and upgrades.

  Out dated accomodations

  Pay a little extra for a better stay across the street. I thought I was getting my money's worth by stay here but, I was wrong. Had the front desk change my bed sheets because no housekeeping personnel were on property. Floor was filthy, beds were probably older than me and the walls are so thin you can hear everyone outside.

  Nasty

  This is in over decades of traveling one of the dirtiest rooms I have stayed in. Major stains in the furniture and floor. Hair on the shower walls. Provided a bath towel that had a large hole in it, which upon checkout the clerk apologized and said it was one of the cleaning towels and should not have been in the guest stack. Didn't even bother trying to use the coffee brewer, it was dirty. The room has been painted some time in the past, but it is one of the worst jobs I have encountered. Given the excessively wrinkled state of the sheets, I had a reasonable doubt as to the cleanliness and thoroughly checked both beds for the presence of bed bugs. Didn't see any but that didn't help with sleeping.

  Using Covid as excuse to reduce service to guests.

  Always stayed here in the past with no issues. Not this time. Owner drives a Mercedes while giving barest amount of service to guests. He's profiting off the pandemic. Bistro breakfast (that's a joke) consisted of Cutie (orange) and prepackaged muffins in brown paper bag. NO coffee or juice. Two guests in the room but only ONE washcloth. Had to ask for another, both days. Last time we'll be staying here.

  NASTY SMELL

  The smell in rm 135 is so nasty. It smells like feces through the entire room. They left the window open and saturated it with cleaning products to unsuccessfully mask the smell but it was discussing beyond imagimation. The smell didn't let me sleep and gave me a headache. The place is just nasty. I would never set foot in this dump again.
