  Great stay!

  Have stayed here before and had a similar great experience, was only one night but was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful, easy check in and out, nice room, clean and comfortable plus the price was right!

  Not the best

  The bed was horrible it was noisy and hard as a rock. The staff was rude and snotty when we checked in. Took stuff out of our room and threw it away in the dumpster. There was no breakfast and they moved a lot of stuff around in our room. Over all it wasnt a great stay.

  Nice place

  was clean and open no problems nice staff was quiet had a big bathroom was able to enjoy The view the clean sheets the clean towels the friendly people I will return and stay there again thank you very much great staff

  A ton of problems here!

  I made a reservation for two nights here. I check in go to my room and the fire alarm is beeping, bed did not made properly and two keys from last guests left on table. Went down to front desk asked for another room due to the beeping fire alarm. Went to 2nd room. The tv did NOT work. Went to front desk and went to room #3. So, this room? Dirty washcloth left in bathroom on shower, no kleenex in holder and the fire alarm cover was removed and maybe not working? I also noted hair on bathroom floor. I was EXHAUSTED and did not go back down a 4th time. The room smelled from the smoke outside where someone was grilling. The woman at the front desk wasn't at the desk except for the first time I initially checked into motel. She was VERY friendly and kind. I have no problem with her other than she was NOT wearing a mask at any point I was trying to find a room to stay in. I had made a reservation for 2 nights. I immediately cancelled my second night and am staying elsewhere. This location just felt dirty and it smelled. Other than the plexi glass at front desk there is no hand sanitizer to use anywhere, there were pens, and paper and other things that if you have the virus you could possibly catch the virus by touching items. I stayed in this location 7 years ago when it was a Microtel and it was fabulous. I will NEVER stay here again!!! Awful.

  Service was denied

  Im extremely disappointed in the service I received. I was denied a room because my significant other did not have his physical ID yet we have stayed at this facility before. Lack of communication from the facility nowhere does it state that a physical ID is required for your guest. We were able to provide a picture but the gentleman was extremely rude and denied us a room. Im extremely disappointed in the service I received from the staff as this has never been an issue. We were tired since we drove from Denver to Greeley we would of checked in at midnight and checking out at 5am. Im extremely disappointed in service I received as this has never been an issue.
