  Very helpful staff

  Recent stay at the Ramada Cobham was very pleasant. Its located conveniently off the M25 and right next to the main service building on site. The staff were really helpful and accommodating with our critical staff group during such a difficult time with all the Covid-19 measures. Much appreciated!

  Excellent stay

  Hotel is very comfy an rooms are spacious with all extras, ie hair dryer, iron, fridge. Showers are very good, lovely warm shower. Food is very nice and good value for money. Staff are very welcoming an helpful

  Excellent stay

  I have been staying here since May 2020. I stay Monday to Friday every week. Never had an issue. Staff have looked after me and the hotel is very covid friendly. Food is good. Staff will help in anyway they can if you do have an issue. O would definitely recommend.

  Amazing team of staff!!

  So due to the renovation work on our family home this hotel became our home for over 10 weeks and to say we were well looked after for 10 weeks would be a huge understatement. This hotel and the wonderful staff that work here are incredible. We initial book this hotel as it is a dog friendly hotel. If you shop about you will not find a better dog friendly hotel with a little area that you can walk you dog. Plenty dog waste bins and a lovely pond to walk around with the biggest goldfish I have ever seen! The staff- I must start my review with the staff here. The team of staff here are so lovely, kind and hard working. They are all professional and have amazing people skills and they genuinely cannot do enough to help you. I have grown very fond of the manager and assistant manager that much that I think I have found two lifelong friends. So that tells you how much I think of these wonderful humans. Abuse- I wanted to add in abuse because I have witnessed these lovely people taking an unprecedented amount of abuse due to lock down rules. The rules are that all staff in hotels must vet anyone staying in a hotel to ensure they have a vailed reason for their stay during the lock down restrictions. Its noteworthy if you challenge the rules a spot check might take place by the police because police are always on site and so if youre thinking of treating the staff badly or challenging rules CCTV and the onsite police may catch you in the act. So be kind people! Value for money- The value for money was incredible. Book direct and not via a third party. You pay more for a third party. Also create an account and you will earn points for future stays. The rooms- The rooms are reasonably sized and have everything you need. Kettle, TV and WIFI. I personally needed a family, but we stayed in two rooms with adjoining doors. This was great because ideally if you are staying for a while its nice to have two bathrooms and the kids could watch TV in their room on an evening. The WIFI is very good, the kids have been home schooling and no issues at all. The Gym- The onsite gym isnt open due to lockdown, but I have uploaded some photos. Its a good gym with plenty of free weights and cardio machines. The restaurant- The restraunt is very nice. You can sit in the window at the front of the restaurant that overlooks the car park (Its looks nice and twinkly at night) and also be seated by the back window that looks over the pond and this is a lovely view day and night. The restraunt is clean and looks quite new and the menu is great value for money. Room service As well as ordering amazing home cooked food from the restraunt that the staff will deliver right to your room door. You can also order Pizza! When I say the pizza is amazing, I meant. Next. level . amazing! The Pizza dough is made in Italy and the cooking time is less that 6 mins. Good to know when you are in a rush and just want a Pizza delivering right to your door. The Bar The bar has a huge variety of drinks and snacks that is fantastic value for money. My favrate part of the bar is that they also have an onsite Starbucks. Although the food court next door offers Starbucks coffee it is much more expensive and is very busy with huge queues. So defo pick up your Starbucks coffee with the hotel. Lorry drivers/Free Parking I spoke to a lorry driver who said he paid £35 to park his lorry on site. I thought this was madness because if you book a room you then register your car for free parking when you check in. This free parking offer is also for lorry parking. So why sleep in your trucks if you dont have to. Just a tip for any of the truck drivers. Youre welcome, dont forget to hit the like button below if you found this review helpful. Familys There is a little park around the back of the services for the kids to play in. Also, there is a picnic area and as mentioned above a pond to walk around. So quite handy if you have small kids. So, I will finish by saying AMAZING HOTEL and thank you for your outstanding hospitality.
