  Not Happy!

  I booked a reservation from nov.1 to nov. 17. I was on a hunting trip. On the 15th of nov. housekeeping asked why I was still in my room, the hotel had been shut down! I went to the front desk and the lady asked if we had been told of the shutdown? I said evidently not, I am still here! She stated whoever checked you in should have informed us, I said that would have been you! The manager apologized and refunded us our two days plus two more days for screwing up our hunting trip. Then the lady at the front desk put the refunds on a credit card that was on file and is no longer valid instead of the one that the charges went on. I happened to stay back at the room that day while my son went hunting. I asked the lady what would have happened if we were both out hunting? She stated that all our belongings would have been removed! We had firearms, archery equipment and a lot of personal hunting gear in the room! Not a Happy Customer!

  Road trip

  We drove from Cedar Rapids and this hotel very nice. Everything is clean. Fridge microwave coffeemaker iron hair dryer. Beds are nice and comfy. Near route 65 and 36. Lots of restaurants and near Walmart.

  Mrs. Jolene was excellent when I visited this hotel.

  Thank you Mrs. Jolene, I truly enjoyed your awesome customer service while I visited your hotel. You where a truly blessing and you are a very great person to work with. If I find myself in this area again, I will stay here.

  Keep Going.

  The first thing we all look for when traveling is clean rooms. This spot failed miserably. The blankets were dirty, bathtub was disgusting, plaster dust all over sink area, grime around faucets. Nightstand sopping wet from previous guests drinks. Had a bad chemical smell. Want to stick a drink in the freezer to cool it down quickly? Forget it. Solid frost. We had been in the car for 14 hours, and it was after 10pm when we arrived. We were all very tired or we would of left and looked for a different hotel. Cant believe Wyndham has their name attached to this in anyway. Oh. And they had breakfast, but were out of coffee.

  Awesome

  Great place to get some rest. I had a great stay couldnt have been better . Housekeepers were excellent as well as the rest of the staff . Thx Joee for such a pleasant experience. Cant wait for my next visit.
