  Good stay

  Check in was a bit slow but the room was as requested. There was a "disinfectant smell" which soon disappeared but otherwise the room was clean. The TV and WiFi worked well. The room was comfortable & there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very nice with many choices (and a very helpful gentleman running it). One thing the motel can not control is there is an airport AND railroad neatby - and both appeared to be busy & noisy). Overall - a good stay.

  Weak oprion

  Disappointed in this Choice Hotels option. Room was not cleaned after the first night. Noisy. Breakfast offering were not always fresh. Outlet on nightstand light would not charge. This is an old property.

  Dirty, old and uncomfortable

  We stayed here for a quick one night stop and if we wouldnt have prepaid we would have turned around and found another place. This hotel is old. It is filled with smokers and not clean. The carpet felt so gross that coming out of the shower we laid down towels so we wouldnt have to walk on it. Since this is the busy season for Florida we paid $150 which is a true crime. Definitely not worth even half that amount. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

  Basic at a fair price

  This is an older motel style place. It has two floors, doors opening to the outside and no elevator, so if you have a problem with steps and suitcases ask for a ground floor. Check-in was quick and friendly, and we were cheerfully accommodated when we asked for a ground floor room. We had also made a 2 day prepaid reservation, but when we could not stay the second night due to a family emergency it was cheerfully refunded. The room with two double beds was basic, but seemed clean. The shower was very good, with nicer towels than expected. The beds were not plush but acceptable. This place is on the main drag so there is traffic noise, but that was conveniently covered by the white noise of the air conditioner fan, which was not overly loud but did the job. There are restaurants and shopping within a short distance. The included breakfast is the standard hot breakfast at Choice hotels, with do it yourself waffles, cereals, eggs and sausage or bacon, bagels and toast, juices etc. It was fine. All in all, don't expect fancy, but it was very acceptable as a place to spend the night.

  Good for Short Stay Only

  Room was old but clean. Bed not entirely comfortable. Has pool and breakfast is included. Desk staff are friendly. Our room was located above the Tiki Bar, which played loud music until 10pm. Non-smoking room but smelled like cigarettes. Room walls are thin, allowing audible noise (including TV and constant coughing by neighbor). Jet takeoffs from nearby airport adds to the noise. Not recommended for light-sleepers.
