  Dirty, Dusty, Crumbs and cobwebs

  This place is not somewhere to go. First of all, I walked in and immediately saw dust, dirt, and crumbs on the base of the wall. This was also right after the front desk man walked in and said it was clean. Next, they gave me a handicapped room. I am not handicapped and they are bound to have more rooms. I would rather have someone who needed the room to have it rather than me. Third, as I was walking around, I pulled out one of the furniture pieces in my room so I could get to an outlet. It was a simple move, and should be easily cleaned. When I moved the little table, I realized this has not been cleaned in a very long time. I could see the circles where it was perfectly clean. I continued to walk around and saw saw cobwebs in not only one corner of the wall, but two. And they were thick, so clearly, the room was not properly cleaned. When looking at the sprinkler on the wall, there is also a massive hole where the sprinkler is. The final thing is, and not a big thing whatsoever, the remote does not work with the tv, at all. I would not stay here, I think it is a horrible hotel just by the way that it is cleaned. If one should run a hotel, then one should take the proper measures to care for it and ensure that the customer is happy with even just basic care. I have booked a room at the Hilton and when I mentioned what happened here, they were more than happy to ensure I would receive better rooms.

  near to everything

  The most significant thing about this hotel that It is in the middle of everywhere. It is about seven minutes away from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, by car. Also, you can go on foot to Walmart or McDonald's. The price is average according to the services.

  Not impressed

  When I called about a reservation no one would answer the phone, finally someone answered after the fourth try and said they would make the reservation, when we got there the next day they had no idea we were coming. The Indian gentleman who checked us in had the worst breath you could every smell or it was his body order, not sure. No representative was ever around to ask questions during our stay March 7th 2020. When we got there we took showers to go to a funeral, the cleaning lady was out side in the hallway and I ask her for some fresh towels and she said that my room was not on the cleaning schedule today, all I want were clean towels and she had a cart full of fresh towels. The room was very dirt and the shower head barely had any pressure. The remote for the tv did not work half the time. Dirt in the corners and along side the beds. The booking was suppose to come with a Continental breakfast when we went down at 7am there was nothing there the refrigerator was off with no milk in it juice machine was out of order and the place was just disgusting The work our room was just as bad and the water machine did not work. The ice machine was broke and the soda machine took my money. Again no one there at the front desk to get me $1.75 back from the soda machine. There was no one available at the desk when we checked out. We stood there for 15 minutes and even rang the bell countless times on the desk with no response so we just left the key card on the desk and left. I guess this is what you get when Foreigners come into our country and take over our businesses. I would give this hotel a minus-2 rating. Online they said there was only one room available to book for our dates, when we got there the hotel was a ghost town with only 3 other people staying there. Dont believe what you see online

  Prideless Lazy lying owner/manager

  Rented multiple rooms for a wedding weekend and each room had issues. But 1st thing was an empty front desk, had to use the desk phone to call for check in service. After waiting for the owner/manager to present he spoke so softly I had to ask twice to repeat and look at me not the desk so I could hear him. Had to call several times for service and questions one was for tea bags and was advised "no tea, no tea in hotel, no tea sir!" Well I found hundreds of tea bags in the breakfast area so he is lazy and a lier! Outside temp was 93° and I had to turn on the A/C upon entering each of the rooms. Rooms were nit very clean especially with COVID-19 risks/fears. Spilled coffee on elevator and check in area floors was there for hours before being cleaned up and if the front desk was manned it would have been noticed & cleaned up quicker. Not bad for a quick, dont care stay, bed was comfortable but halls, rooms and corridors aren't the cleanest.

  Stay at Days Inn

  Except for not having breakfast everything else was fine. the staff was very friendly and did what they could to make our stay enjoyable. I would stay there again if I was it the area and needed lodging. there is a Wal Mart right across the street and a McDonalds right also.
