  An excellent place to stay at the edge of Wichita, close to several restaurants, shopping and the Interstate. The accommodations are always comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good. We stay here several times a year when we visit family.

  Wrong room! Dogs! Bugs! Gross!!!

  This place is a dump. Wish I could rate it 0 stars. I made the reservation on Priceline. Chose this hotel because I could pick a room. Requested a handicap accessible room with 1 king size bed. When checking in a confirmed these details. After them asking me for a credit card which I had already paid on line, (never happens- we will see if I get billed twice) they gave me card keys and if I go with stuff in tow. I opened the door to a woman in her pajamas with a HUGE dog that behaved aggressively at me. We both got a big surprise. Then I go back to office to be asked if Id take a main level room that wasnt handicap accessible. I agreed the attendant left for a few minutes and came back saying it had t been cleaned and they would have to put Me upstairs (no elevator). Having no other choice I then made 3 trips up stairs to get our bags for the night. Come inside to find dead bugs on the floor. Went to complain and was told they would move me to a better room. I asked what where- they said upstairs, I said what would be better- and they said theyd make sure it didnt have dead bugs. Called Priceline to ask them to change us to another hotel, they said because I had accepted the room it was up to the hotel to decide if they would refund. Priceline called hotel and came back to me saying the hotel said theyd give a 20% refund - that was all they could do. Came back to room to notice just how filthy the room is. Found whole pistachio nuts on floor between beds. The room is dirty in general and the staff clearly doesnt care. Avoid this dump at all cost.

  No frills but very clean

  For the price this hotel room was one of the cleanest Ive seen. Thats the most important thing to me, so it made a good overnight stop passing through. If you want frills, dont look here. No breakfast because of Rona of course. No toiletries in the room except soap, no pictures on the walls, and the pool was closed. However, the tub was spotless, the bedding was clean and comfortable enough, the towels were good, and the refrigerator and microwave were clean and worked well. We are at a restaurant called Cocos a few blocks away and it was good. Starbucks and Dunkin just a couple of blocks away. Check in was easy and the lobby was spotless too. I would definitely recommend for a quick stop over, just overnight.

  Good Place for the Money

  Everything was as advertised; a decent place to crash while in Andover. The staff was very friendly and eager to help with any request I made. The bed was comfortable, though the bedclothes were sparse. I just turned up the heat, and it fixed that issue. Staff wore masks, and the room seemed clean, so I felt safe. If I ever return to this godforsaken part of the world, I would stay here again.

  Great night stay

  Check in was friendly and took little time due to friendliness of staff. Our room was very clean and bed was really comfortable. They do accept pets but i can recommend management to make special side of rooms to rent only to those people who bring pets so other traveler have no issues of smells but i didn't had any issues of them just saw online other traveler were complaining about it other then that our stay was very comfortable and we will definitely stay there again.
