  Outstanding Hotel

  Just needed a place to lay down for a few hours. Check in process was fairly easy. Surroundings were quiet and calm. The employees were helpful and cooperative. Great fast foods close by as well. Rooms were spotless and huge. Bed was comfortable and had everything I needed. Will recommend to my friends and family.

  Good but could be better

  We have stayed at several hotels in El Dorado because of family living there. This is one we will return to. Very nice and clean lobby-the aquarium was so nice! The rooms were clean and large. Had a full size stove and refrigerator in addition to the microwave. The bathroom was large but strangely laid out. No place to lay anything down-I rolled a chair in-which tells you the size of the bathroom. Just not a good use of space. The bed was fairly hard and I would have preferred a less firm mattress. Definitely a preference thing though. My complaints were in the COVID area. Everything seemed clean and it appeared they were doing what was necessary to keep everyone well. However, the swimming pool and fitness room are still closed. Also breakfast was pre-packaged pastries and oranges. I am glad they had that much at least. I hope this has not become the new normal.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!

  Do not stay here the owners will find any reason to come unglued, scream, and yell at you, even cussing at us in front of our children threatening to tow our RV, which we drove there in. We asked them where to park the RV or if we needed to move it onto the street. They told us to park in their lot and then we were called out of my grandmothers funeral service because they were threatening to tow the RV. We called ahead to ensure the King Suite had a pull out couch for my brother who was flying in late on night, they said yes and assured us that would be fine, then upon check in gave us a hassle about having another person in the room (total of 3). Avoid this place and stay at the very nice, Holiday Inn Express next door. The place seemed clean but there were no dishes or utensils in the king suite with a full kitchen so unless you bring all your own stuff there is no point.

  Great Hospitality

  Love this clean, comfortable hotel. I was so impressed when I walked into the room. Super clean and felt right at home. Rooms have microwave, refrigerator, and stove. Very quiet and amazing. Staff was incredible and pleasant. Definitely will stay here again!

  Great experience!

  I travel for work and stay here once a week. Ive always had the best experience with the Days Inn El Dorado. Management takes really good care of their customers and will always try to accommodate whatever you need. Theyre friendly and always have a smile for me! The hotel itself is very well taken care of. The grounds are clean and well groomed. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. The TV always works which is something I cant say is true at every hotel I visit for work. READ THIS TWICE, FOR IT IS VERY IMPORTANT - - the water pressure in the showers is fantastic and the tubs drain with the force of hurricane Katrina. These are things you you wont often find at other hotels in El Dorado, KS. This is a safe hotel and is well lighted and secured at night. Its your best value and will be your best stay while youre in El Dorado.
