  Business stay, close to airport, best for single day trip

  We stay here during 1 night stay in Chongqing. Hotel is very close to Airport, we had actually walk to hotel with our Chinese host. Room was very good and modern. Average room price, but area is ok, very far from city center. We could not find any good bar to spend evening at.

  Short Stay of 6 hours

  Hotel was booked by our working partner in Chongqing and we arrived around 1245am, there was a very nice young man who came to pick us up at the airport very patiently and we feel really sorry for him as there was a flight delay and he was waiting since 11pm Upon arrival hotel looks like any other Chinese style 4 to 5 stars hotel, despite only the 3 of us the lady took quite a while to register us like nearly 20 to 25mins, I think she is really tired too consider its mid night. The room upon checking in was marvellous, it was only a normal deluxe room but it was like a presidential suite. Its about 50sqm I think with a dining table for 4 to 6, a huge king bed, sofa at a considerably wide living area. then there was a little closet where it was spacious and the robes are there and you can hung your clothes. Toilet was so big, the shower area and bathtub is enclose in one area but the shower area can easily fit in like 10 people inside, it was so big and there was even a TV in it. Then come the big issue, I thought registering with the front desk was suffice but came the Police knocking on our doors to register us. Had only 4 hours of sleep, did breakfast it was very good mix of western and asia style, very sweet rockmelon served, good variety and not crowded even at 830am. I would recommend to stay here if you catch an early flight or flew in late with plans to go to suburbs.

  Looks underwhelming, but actually pleasantly surprises!~

  Not a great impression from the outside, but this is actually a solid, appealing little hotel that is very close to the airport. It never feels very busy, and the rooms are all very comfortable and appealing. I've stayed on numerous occasions and rooms are well cleaned with very good amenities. Nice touches (such as a free minibar with some local beers/ soft drinks) and complimentary shoe shine add to the experience. There is a nice pool in addition. It is in a vibrant little community too, and not far from the monorail public transport, so good to stroll out for nearby hotpot and restaurants. Staff DO need to brush up on their English, especially for room service.

  Couldn't be better

  I spent 4 days here at the end of a one month business and can honestly say that it was probably the best hotel I stated in. For a start I was upgraded which is always a bonus. Then the level of English of the staff was exceptional. Even the breakfast chef spoke sufficient English to recommend dishes and there was a vast variety. There's sufficient seating around reception to have some quiet space. Finally the free shuttle was appreciated. As part of a large shopping centre finding a restaurant isn't a problem. Also the metro station is near the hotel. Everything you need is nearby.

  Excellent value for money

  We stayed one night at this hotel. Not having booked it by ourselves, we didnt know what to expect. And when we arrived, the first impression from outside was more average. BUT, it fulfils the expectations one may have on a very nice 5-Star hotel. Highly recommended!
