  So comfy

  repeatedly visit here for take some time to rest after jetlag with my friend, and Ms, Vanka help us alot, start from borrowing us Hairdryer which is my friend need most, she make sure that me and my friend will have that, in fact the hairdry is limit and the room is fully booked so u guys know how ms vanka struggle looking for hairdryer for us, and thats really nice, thats really good and the right things that frontliner do!! keep it up ms, Vanka

  Its always been comfortable to stay here, near to airport & impressive pick up & drop service, cleanliness is good, delicious breakfast and very kind and helpful staff , specially vanka & Monica,thankyou so much for great support during my every stay .

  Great staff

  Thank you for Mba Vanca, mas odih, mas didik, and mas umam for your great service. From arrange my shuttle airport, pick up me at airport, told me about schedule my friend flight (wheres the terminal for departure, its so amazing to help me) and for dinner the food is delicious (especially tomyum goong). This hotel very recommended.

  Shows "pet friendly" but no animals allowed, and different stories from different staff

  We need to fly out of the airport early with pets, and focused on this hotel because it is listed as Pet Friendly. We have been told on various phone calls that either pets art not permitted anywhere, or that they are only allowed in the business centre, or other strange stories. We cannot get any approval to take our pets here. Improperly labelled on TripAdvisor, can't see any way to report that.

  Perfect short stay

  I have been recommended by Wyndham Opi Palembang for a short stay in Jakarta close to the airport. Days Hotel and Suites Jakarta airport was a perfect location with a 30 min driving from the airport. The recommendation was as expected, and I did appreciate the initiative communication from the Hotel prior arrival. Monica took good care and I thank her again for the chat we had together. On arrival, the GM, Mr. Jekson Manalu, was waiting for me and the usual welcome drinks on arrival. I did appreciate our conversation and cappuccino together. The room was good and thanks again for the upgrade! the facilities and amenities were fine, and I did appreciate the room even for a short time. Well cleaned. Disinfection is well done too. Staff from front office, service and room service were really helpful and plenty of attention. Thanks to them. I plan to be back very soon this month and I will definitely contact Monica again to arrange my booking. Thanks to Mr Jekson for his timing and the nice chat we had. By the way, Dinner and breakfast were brilliant ! I definitely recommend.
