    Reasonable priced place

    Stayed for one night, rooms are nice and clean, albeit finish of the room typical with the last 5 percent missing. Nice and very big pool, with seemingly clean water. Service level OK, albeit breakfast very crowded and also food only suited to the chinese visitor

    Outstanding accommoddation in the middle of nowehere

    My local partners reserved a room form me. I found an outstanding suite, far exceeding my need. In western countries I'd pay 10 times more, so I forgive the kitsch architecture and decorations of all the building, from the facade, to the lobby, to the elevators, to the room interiors. Classic western art is roughly mimicked, mixed without any consistence of italian, french, english inspiration. That said, in such a room you can feel a tycoon for a while. Breakfast is mostly chinese oriented, but neverthless in choice and quality I found much more compliance to western taste than I've found in other chinese luxury hotels. The real issue is that all this wealth is rather far from Shenzhen. This means low traffic and no stress when you stay there, but incredible stress to reach business centres: I went to Hong Kong (just 50 miles away) and it took 3 hours changing 5 different transportation and including border crossing.

    Nice hotel near edge of Shenzhen

    This is a nice hotel just at edge of Shenzhen, laying at the start of Huizhou. It has nice room with nice gym and swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool is closed during my 2 days stay. Nearby there is Walmart in Logan City Mall. It would be difficult for casual tourists to stay as there aren't many sites to visit and the did ance to Shenzhen city is about 1 hour drive away.
