  Very comfortable....

  Its a very nice and sort of luxurious place to stay it. the rooms are good and comfortable. the rooms are spacious and so is the bathroom. they have nice restaurants and the buffet is also very good. I have to warn - for non-asian peple - the buffet will leave you with little choice as it have more variety of asian delicacies. since i do not have any restrictions and enjoy all cuisines, i liked the food here and the stay. They do not have an ATM in the hotel but they do offer currency exchange at the reception. Good hospitality. nice stay.

  A very nice hotel in Hefei

  I was very happy to spend nearly two weeks at this hotel. Everything worked perfectly with good high speed internet (although a VPN is essential when working in China), a very good and extensive Chinese breakfast just (just don't expect good coffee!), and a very comfortable bed. There is a nice gym on the top floor with a 25 m pool and an array of workout equipment. I found that walking around the neighbourhoods near the hotel was a wonderful way to get into the street food scene of Hefei. For example, walking out the front of the hotel, turning left to the first light at Ninguo Lu south, and then turning left again, and walking 10 minutes or so, you'll come across an amazing food court with lots of great stuff! Restaurants to sit down at, or food stalls to buy things to eat (including scorpions, grasshoppers, centipedes, large spiders). Each neighbourhood (including the one across the major road in front of the hotel: watch how the locals do the crossing as there is a little gap in the fence to keep you from doing what you are going to do, and you have to know where it is) has its own gathering spot with lots of street food to try. And after six weeks of doing this I had no problems with bad food at all! If you are a visible minority in China (like I would be), if you go to a food stall once, you're just a customer. Go a second time and you'll be recognized, and welcomed... smile at the children, engage in a simple word or two, and you've made a friend!

  A nice hotel.. comfortable.. clean... good breakfast.. and good pool..

  The room was clean, equipped with the normal tea / coffee facilities, TV and desk.. and they delivered milk so I could make a flask of tea without asking. The gym had very limited equipped but it had a nice pool. The breakfast was excellent with a great range of food. There is a very nice community of shops and bars within 15-20 minutes walking left out of hotel. I do not think it would be worth 1,000 RMB advertised on some websites but think it was reasonable at the discount price of around 300.
