  Lads holiday

  Six of us stayed, two per room. My room was big, with a balcony, air conditioned, clean with two single beds put together and a sofa bed. The shower head was broken, so had to hold it rather than have it on the wall. On day there was no hot water, but this was fixed within the day. The room was cleaned daily. The rooms my friends had wasn't so good, a lot smaller, slightly cramped and both didn't have a balcony. Pool area was good, clean with a pool bar that was always manned. We ate at the restaurant once, my meal was ok , but two of my friends had chicken kebab, but a few of the pieces of chicken wasn't cooked properly(clearly pink)it was taken back to the kitchen and re-cooked! True to say my friends didn't eat it when it returned. It's a clean hotel, the staff were friendly and a decent place to stay, but remember folks, it's what it says on the tin, 3 star.

  Rude and unfriendly staff

  Room and pool were decent. All the staff except one female receptionist were extremely rude. Self-catering room didn't include a toaster or a bottle opener. Requested to use their bottle opener in the bar however a young male staff member behind the bar rudely refused stating they did not have one, said young male staff member later laughed and stated we would need to pay 5lev to use it, very unhelpful and intimidating when politely challenged about this. No hairdryer or iron in room like it is stated, you need to ask reception for these which are limited and sometimes not enough. Stayed for 6 nights, bed and bathroom cleaned daily however bedding or towels were not changed once. Cleaners speak no English to request this however seemed friendly. Due to previous interactions with staff did not want the hassle of requesting these from reception staff. Wouldn't return or recommend.

  Great place to eat

  Didnt stay here but ate here twice while in Sunny Beach. Good food, really fresh and nicely prepared. Portions really big, myself and my wife ordered beef sizzler each first visit, 1 portion would of probably done between us. Had enchiladas second night, fantastic with a nice spicy kick. Good value for money and found the staff very pleasant.

  Review of the restaurant not the hotel

  I got tired of eating chips and fires quite quickly at other places around Sunny Beach. Dawn Park was a leisurely stroll from the hotel my family was staying at so we ate here twice and both times the food was great. Well presented, tasty and went down well with glass of local brew. The staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming.

  Holiday

  Lovely apartments ll with balconies big enough to seat 3 ,half decent restaurant i opted for battered zucini lovely with a garlic dip ,nice middle of the road food. Lovely pool very nice staff,really enjoyed my stay.
