  Suitable for family

  This hotel suites our budget. I and family enjoy and happy to stay here .. Room can fit 4-6 people , my niece happy to bathing in swimming pool and location not far from airport But you need to have transport because this hotel not serve food . Overall Good.

  spacious, good for family and convenient from airport

  this chalet is suitable for family trip at langkawi. Everything was good. have swimming pool inside to cherish our enjoyment. This chalet is very near Langkawi international Airport. Inside room have Gyser facilty and Tea maker but i did not get a single water bottle from the hotel as a welcome drink.....But overall was good experience. And recommend others to stay there.

  OVERALL GOOD BUT STAFF NEED TO BE MORE POLITE

  i was there last week. everything went just well. room is spacious. only one thing, the staff. upon booking one of the staff, fatin speak rudely with one of my family member.. then during my stay when I want to request for broom since my room is full of sand *after playing at the sea* , while I enter the office I saw 4 girl staff playing their phone and just ignore me. what a shame. I feel terrible. they should greet me and not see me that way. pool is okay. good. too much chlorine I guest. well need improvement. be more polite. the rest this place is nice. if you guys don't wanna treat your customer kindly find other job that suits u guys. please learn about customer service. thanks dawn. u have a great place especially for family.

  NICE PLACE AND CONVINEANCE FOR FAMILY TRIP

  Everything about the chalet its fine but the staff are not friendly especially staff who working at the counter. She was very unfriendly. My family and I wont come over again. I will not tell my friends to come over this chalet even the location are very good because the services are very bad. Am sure all of them are agreed with me.

  Good accommodation for very low price

  Read about the low review. Totally different experience for me. As my family did the booking directly, ever since the first time we got in touch with them, the staffs were very friendly. The chalet is suitable for big family that are looking for affordable but not fancy place to stay. The environment was taken care well, but don't expect for in house cafe or anything fancy. Room of 4 with very spacious space. The staff could entertain you at night, directly to your room as we took the island hoping package with the hotel. Eventhough they don't have 24 hours counter, but the manager or the owner I believe, stays within the chalet area, so no problem at all
