  Stay was good

  Stay was really nice. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. We loved it. Especially assistant housekeeping manager khaji was very nice. There was some miscommunication between staff and suddenly one housekeeping person entered our room without our knowledge. We made a complaint but poor response from reception team. Reception team to be improved. Both the stay I have noticed reception team was not good and they don't even know telephone etiquettes also. I was asked for a manager but they said nobody was available. Finally after sometime Mr. Khaji came and explained the situation. He was very polite and helpful. Even that cleaning staff sanjiv I guess who opened our room he came and met us. He was also good and humble. He always provided services with smile. He taken care of us. Kudos to housekeeping team. From reception I'll appreciate Jacob. He helped me for early check in. Except reception team everyone was good. Room service was quick and food also good. Room cleaning and room was quite spacious. Had a wonderful stay. Few improvements to be done. Looking forward to stay again there. Kudos to sarovar portico team.

  A pretty hotel to stay in a metropolitan city

  I stayed in a suite room and it was just amazing.Upstairs, well maintained pool in the rooftop, ambience was too good with a city view.Beautiful, well designed and comfortable hotel rooms.Thanks to my personalised GRE Ms.Mrunali and Restaurant staff Ms.Sonika...Hope to see u all on my next visit.

  Awesome Visit

  Overall good property in terms of 4 star hotel. Nice stay during Vividh with safety. Breakfast buffet quality and quantity needs improvement. Very near to Forum mall and Kormangala to enjoy evening. Must go to Cafe 99 which is at walking distance from this hotel for evening snacks.

  Best hotel in budget for family events..

  We hosted my sister's wedding at the hotel..The hotel staff had been totally supportive from the word go...Mr. Abhishek, the general manager not just provided the best quality within our budget but also helped us in planning the event by throwing in some great suggestions..From rooms to event halls to food to decor to hospitality everything was perfect...The staff is super cooperative even when u demand something in middle of the night...Location is a big plus point...Everyone felt at home including our outstation guests...Thanku Mr.Abhishek and team for some great memories and conducting the event flawlessly...Surely going back there...:-)

  The Most Majestic Food in Bangalore!!

  I just wanted to say what a great time I and my family had last week in Tangerine. Everyone has commented on what a lovely venue it is and how great the food is.A BIG THANK YOU to Chef Ajit for preparing such a delicious food. The food was awesome, it really had a great taste and I loved the presentation.The food was definitely made with passion.Extremely high standard of cuisine, coupled with great restaurant atmosphere.Very courteous staff.A real pleasure.
