  Nice concept, but inconveniently located.

  The concept of this hotel is cool, but that's all is there. The rooms are big but have no wardrobe or drawers! Wi-Fi is not always strong or stable. The buffet breakfast is very basic, and the ala carte options are also ho-hum. The worst issue is the location. There is not a single shop nearby. You either have a walk a lot or hire a car to drive to the DPluze shopping mall.

  Overall my staying at dashbox hotel cyberjaya was good, fast check in process, nice hotel, room very clean. Food at mya restaurant very taste & nice presentation, staff name Ms nabilah very friendly & attentive, thank you for your service,location hotel very nice, good environment, sure I come back again for next trip.

  Friendly services is the Best !!!

  Awesomeness! After our PM announce we all in PKPP stage, me and my friends try to find the short trip just for chill and spent time together. We try looking a place that can fulfils our budget. So we agreed to choose Dash Box Hotel. actually this is my first time at Dash Box Hotel Cyberjaya with my buddy n we enjoyed it very much! we stay for one night. Special thanks to the wonderful friendly to all that makes our stay simply just great! Special thanks to Mr Azam welcome us when we first arrived. Azam actually turn into our friend as we shared stories together. The pool was great and we would definitely tryout others but for sure we will come back to Dash Box Cyberjaya just to chill and relax. Much thanks to all staff in Dash Box as well, couldn remember all names, overall its an awesome experience! --view from my room(nice place to photo-shot)

  Enviroment -Surrounding was clean and follow all the SOP out by goverment, tempereture taking and hand sanitizer was provided at the enterence and every outlets, Good practise and you feel confident. Reception -For positive feed back from me I would like to thank you to front office team especially to one of the handsome men staff his name on his name tag (Azam) for arranged my check in process even busy n have a long queue line they can managed the ship craked situation. Housekepping -Room was clean and the staff gave us good services even it is little outdated. Restaurant -Negatively. I want to make a food order and try to call the line Mya restaurant via a phone room press "0" for so many times did not answer my call .. that is unbelievable. i try call again and again. Unfortunatly we can get it. very disappointed. Please we will paid for the food cost not for begging for free !!! So u should take care of ur customer needed.. pls alert with phone call did you heard or not.. please train your staff properly.. this is my second time visit at Dash Box Hotel Cyberjaya but servis not good as i get for 1st time in 2019. i hope top Management will take this as a important issue when it come to this!!!   Good service hotel and staff hotel

  Good room clean .good service good staff name staff sefa and syera ,the hotel location is easy to find ,in the hotel have swinming pool ,have gym ,brekfas very good . The staff in the hotel all very frendly
