Great for kidsThe park was great for kids, so much to keep them entertained. Staff are exceptionally friendly. The only reason or not giving 5 stars was because our villa got broken into and all our valuables stolen (but I guess that is not the park itself but perhaps the area?) For that reason, I wont be going back but if not for the break in (while we were in the cabin asleep with the children) I would highly recommend.

Nice site after initially being felt un welcomedOn arrival reception was rude and overwhelmed with the amount of people booking in. We booked in a unpowered site. On driving around as it was busy we couldnt find a site to set up camp. We were also taken back at the pool schedule and jumping pillow schedule as we could only use the pool in our allocated time of one hours spread across the day. We went to reception and asked for a refund as we couldnt find a site. The reception rolled her eyes and huffed stating what do you expect coming in school holidays. When we stated we were not aware of the pool time policy and it will be hard to follow with our small kids (however we understood it was required to meet covid regulations). She advised there are schedules every where. As we couldnt get a refund we asked if they can help us find a empty site she responded theres ten acres out there there you should be able to find one. I said ok we will stay. We then receive a email an hour later she had cancelled the booking. We called and it had to be reinstated. Hopefully this is just a one off issue with reception. Our kids liked the park and what was on offer. The pool in our allocated time was packed.

Fantastic Holiday Park! This is a beautiful park, green and leafy. Lots of room for the kids to ride around on their bikes, and an easy ride/walk to the beach. Amenities were clean and accessible. The cafe and little shop attached were helpful on days when we didn't feel like cooking :-) We were on a powered camp site and it was HUGE. We felt like we had plenty of room and we were not right on top of our camp neighbours. Our kids loved the water play park. The "schedule" for the pool/jumping pillow, whilst trying to meed covid restrictions, was rather pointless in my opinion. Everyone just went when they wanted to, and it didn't feel overcrowded (even during school holiday time). An easy drive to Coffs Harbour (about 30mins) and Woolgoolga Woolworths only 10 mins away. We will hopefully visit this park again.

Great sites/facilities overallWe camped here on a powered site mid january, so peak school hols. Sites are great, by far the biggest we have stayed on with lots of lovely big shade trees asnd kangaroos, you dont feel hemmed in despite it being at capacity. Good waterslides and jumping pillows, beach access onto a surf beach (not ideal swimming for little kids but great for a paddle and a walk). Cool pump and bmx track, kids had fun riding everyw here. Pedal kart hire well priced. Cafe with happy hour, organised activities for kids, good kiosk selling the basics. Amenities really clean most of the time.Only real cons for us was the overcrowded pool with older teens throwing hard tennis balls with lots of little kids around, inconsiderate other campers at night with noise and highway noise which travels at night (bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper). Overall a really nice park and we will be back!

3 bed villa was a let down otherwise great park facilitiesWe stayed in V3 villa for my daughters 40th birthday. It was large and spacey with two bathrooms. It was however in need of repair so it gives the impression of poor maintenance. The main bedroom door handle was broken so the door wouldn't close. The tiles on the floor near the kitchen sink were lifting and moved when you walked on them. I was expecting a proper kitchen for this size villa and a resort park. Instead there was a convection microwave oven with no instructions. It was so hard to try to cook part of our evening meal in this. It took forever because we didn't know how to work it. The villa had room for two vehicles to park without blocking each other in. It faced into a nice courtyard that had a BBQ. Unfortunately the BBQ was filthy and we had to clean it to be able to use it. There was a big long verandah with a large outdoor setting. Unfortunately no sun got into the villa or onto the verandah. The park has a cafe in a modest price range. The pool area is lovely with two pools and a spa. A water park was being built and almost completed when we were there. There's a BBQ area beside the pool area with a pool table, table tennis table and arcade games. Unfortunately there are minimal BBQs spread throughout the park if you were camping. We used the go carts which was fun and reasonably priced for 45 minutes. The beach is probably a 5 minute walk. It is a lovely park with great facilities. Not sure if we would stay in a villa again unless we looked inside first to make sure it was in good order and there were instructions to use the microwave oven. We only had 6 people however for 8 people able to stay in the 3 bed villas it's poor that there isn't an actual oven to accommodate cooking for that many people. The villa with it's issues wasn't worth the money we paid. Despite the issues with the villa it is a great family park.
