    MORE than GREAT HOTEL

    My vacation in this hotel was amazing! Cleaning rooms, delicious food everyday, a lot of activities on animation so its not impossible to be bored, very good team working here. Hotel is located nearly to the beach. I'm sure that I will be come back here in the next year.

    The first thing that all pereonal they are good they smile always the are amazing . In The reciption they nice too about animation all the team the talk with as they help us too nadal the most crazy entertainer .. i just have one problem is with itaka the poland agence they are stupid people

    Worst personnel experience ever.

    I booked this 4 nights stay with my family.3 adults and 4 kids.The booking was made online.Even though the online site advised that the booking was confirmed and no need to reconfirm,i tryed to contact the residence by phone to avoid any kind of problem on arrival.But all the numbers I gathered from the net and from the local phone provider were not reachable.So i was obliged to make the first contact with them on arrival.From the first contact they asked me to show them any proof because they were not expecting my arrival.They ignored all the correspondences i had with the online site And they said i have to pay the hole amount i already paid online. I show them all the credit card statements and all the emails but they showed no interest. I was obliged to call the travel agent (usa) and spend with them around 40 mns to have my problem partially solved.After receiving a call from the travel agent they accepted to accommodate me and my family.But they didnt provide the 3 bedrooms appartment that i paid for,instead they gave me 2 bedrooms (for 7 persons). I had no choice because it was night time and i can go no where.They promised me and the online agent that ne next day they will provide the 3 bedrooms,but they were lying.I had to wait till the other day to receive the accommodation i paid for.So half of the journey was spent in the pure misery (they provided mattresses on the ground). The manager i dealt with was very arrogant and showed no interest about my serious problem,for him having me and my kids waiting in the reception for more than 2 H was nothing.I cant forget his name and his unfriendly face :his name was HAMDI BEN MOHAMED. Beside this they are pretending they are 3 stars hotel,but in reality they are very cheap and very basic residence. The only thing I remember positively is the AC was good,the swimming pool was good and i used it to train my pro kids.Also something else I cant forget:outside that terrible personality of HAMDI.All the other staff (workers), i dealt with were very friendly and very approachable. In general because of Mr. Hamdi and his attitude,i can confirm that i spent the worst 4 night stay of my entire life.He was very provocative by asking me why im not happy and why im not greeting him back after all what he did for me. In summary do not make the same mistake i did ,dont be influenced by the very cheap price. Pay more and save yourself from HAMDI. Good luck everybody. Jilani.

    The most Bad hotel

    I was in this hotel Im very angry about everything bad food bad breakfast bad animation all animators they drinking alcohol in work they ask me to give beer for them all the time the same bad bad bad room not cleaning bad peoples they not even smile bar man all the time angry I will be say for every one dont come to this hotel they are lying for everything in TripAdvisor there are bad boss there bad team animation I was reading about this in web site but when I come I found different things its bad I will never come back again to this bad hotel

    Nice holidays in this hotel, food is good here. Weather is very good. Employees are very friendly and kind. Really nice holidays in here.Water in the swimming pool is clean and pleasant. I Had never seen better animators. Animation team is really great- please contact with us.
