  The trip to mecca was very spritually uplifting.

  We occupied a quad room which was relatively spacious for a 4 star hotel. The room service was very poor. The hotel is about 900m from the Haram and the daily walk for salaah can be very tedious. If you travelling with old people or people on a wheel chair, you will need to reconsider as it is too far and the road to the haram has a steep incline. The commercial hub had a good ambience in the surrounding area.

  2 Star Hotel at most, charge you for services but do not provide them

  2 star hotel at most. Room basic and no hot water available in bathroom. No beverage amenities despite there being a kettle in the room. Also, when we made the reservation, it was clearly stated that breakfast is included as we had paid for this when booking. When visiting the restaurant for breakfast we were refused entry and told to speak to reception. The team at reception said that breakfast isn't covered despite me showing them a printed copy of booking confirmation which clearly stated breakfast is included.

  Nice hotel with a helpful staff

  It was my second stay at this premium hotel at Ibraheem Al-khalil St., Makkah. Really I would like to show my pleasure and satisfaction about the continual improvement and keeping the same level of premium service to visitors. I would like to thank all helpful staff and management.

  Dont trust confirmation online

  Not reliable at all when booked through Booking... Booked through an offer on bookings and they canceled claiming an issue with credit card! Very disappointing as they refused to honor the price ... Will never book them!

  Bad service

  Before we arrived we booked 3 days extra by mistake. So before we paid upon arriving, we told the main manager and he said pay now and I will return your 3 days money when you leave Four of us booked 3 days extra. So when we were departing we asked and he went against his word and wasted 2 hours of our and our taxi drivers time and let us go without returning the money. He kept arguing and showed a very bad attitude and kept laughing at us. He showed no care. He didnt care at all. He made us waste 2 hours begging for our money back. We struggled and this caused us so much stress. He cheated us. This was the main manager. He deliberately went against his words..He did not refund us as promised. We agreed he would refund us before we paid. Very bad service. Very stressful. Theives. Robbers. We will never ever use this hotel. I hope everyone in the world finds out about this bad incident. All four of us will take his deeds on the day of Qiyamah for stealing and causing us stress for so long and making our taxi driver stressed. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH MAIN MANAGER.
