  Dirty room!!!

  Got in our room and the bathroom had not been cleaned!last guest washcloth,soap was still on the tub. Their towel hanging up still.called front desk and guy came up and got the items but no disinfecting ,cleaning of the bathroom!!especially these days with the carona virus we were sickened by this!!staff especially the manager Becky treated us so rudely like we were putting them out.our first time staying and our last!!

  Wow, where to begin? Staff were not very friendly. The room was filthy (see pix). The so called continental breakfast was sad to say the least. For $ 200 a night during the week days is way overpriced. The room coffee was some no name brand and after seeing the cleanliness of the bathroom, I didnt care to know anything else about this place, just go to bed and mark it up to not a good place to stay.

  Frustrating

  Our reservation was canceled without our knowledge, no phone call, no email, nothing... Just canceled. Had I not called beforehand to ask about the restaurant we would have driven all of the way there for a canceled reservation and nowhere to stay, and still payed a $25 deposit! They had to scramble to get a cabin ready for us. The staff has no idea how to answer any questions for us at all! About anything! They didn't communicate with eachother and kept just saying "I'm sorry I'm new here" or "sorry, she is new here". We were given incorrect information by the front desk MULTIPLE times! Apparently, they offer NO training

  Amazing!!!

  Stayed in the cabins with my girlfriend for a couple days, and absolutely loved it! Its only a few minutes from strawberry, so we were able to take my boat and have fun on the lake. The next day we rented a side by side and rode around the mountain! It was an amazing experience and I cant wait to come back next year!!! P.s. they do have dog friendly cabins and the owners are super nice people!

  It was Valentine's Weekend Getaway!

  Upon arrival, We, my husband & I, were under the impression that we were going to have to drive in blizzard conditions on Parleys Summit, Sooo`, We left early, which made us early on arrival to our destination. When I spoke with the Staff at the desk and explained we were expecting snow delays, Sooo`, We had left early. The Staff informed us that they understood and would see what they could do for us. The young man came back a few minutes later and said that our room was empty and was going to be cleaned and that he would call us as soon as it was ready. I thank him and we went to the store and did some shopping and then had lunch. after lunch I realized we had no phone service, Sooo` we went back to the lodge to see if our room was ready. This was 2 hours later. They said no. I understand that we arrived after Noon an we were early, but, when we were told that they were cleaning our room 2 hours earlier , I was kinda wondering why the Staff had told us that they would see what they could do. My husband and I played checkers in the Lobby, around 3pm, I had asked the girl at the desk if by any chance our room was ready? She waited for the young man to show up again , but now he was getting off work and told her to let us have the room at 5 minutes to 4pm, which I heard him say while I was sitting in the big chair by the front desk and then he walked passed me and didn't even say a word to me as he left. Now, a woman with two children walked in and said to the girl behind the desk that she was a lil` early and the girl gave her a room... There was nobody waiting in the Lodge the whole time we were waiting for our room. We waited over 4 hours for our room, then the keys would not open the pool door and we were standing out there waiting for the Staff to come and let us into the pool. The whole time we were there the pool key never worked and then the keys to our room stopped working. My husband slipped on the snow covered sidewalks coming back from Dinner because there was no salt down and it was not shoveled. Our Patio was completely covered in snow to where you could not walk out on it or enjoy the patio. The Staff was Rude` & Unprofessional`... The maid did not wear a mask while cleaning the rooms or our room, which was cleaned last that day. Other Guests along with their children were running around without masks on inside the Lodge also. The people above our room were bouncing off the walls until 2 am.
