  Top Hotel!

  Stopped in Brunei for a night, great location, close to the airport. Air port shuttle at hand. Great room service, menu and food! Clean and spacious rooms. Really enjoyed my stay, I would actually live there!

  Spacious room

  Stayed for a good 8 days in Brunei. They said the rooms were newly renovated. It was a nice setting when we checked in. Apart from having the king size bed, there are also a sofa, sink with a microwave. The room was spacious indeed. Downside for me was a couple:- 1. There were no dressing mirror in the room. (Which I found it difficult to keep going to the bathroom just to see the mirror) 2. Housekeeping standards was below average! Not only they didnt change the bedsheet when the make up room up sign was put on, they didnt even clean up the toilet how the standard hotels would do it. Other than that, the apartment itself is worth to stay if you want spacious room.

  Renovated and Quiet Hotel

  Had booked a junior suite for 5 nights & had specified 3 adults on the online booking. The price given was confirmed for 3 adults including breakfast and l assumed this meant king size bed as advertised plus a single. Few hours before the check in, I double checked this with Hotels.com and they advised that the hotel may charge extra for the single bed, which l felt was unfair as l had already booked a room for 3 adults and l refused to pay any additional.Thankfully the hotel didn't even mention it at check-in. The hotel has been renovated in the past 2 years and there is also plenty of car parking spaces for guests. Reception was large with modern sofas and chairs. As it was the Eid holiday week, the hotel and the area around it was exceptionally quiet. Our Junior suit had a king size bed . A single bed was squeezed into it making it rather tight for 3 people to move around. However, it was a beautiful room with a clean look. Large windows,laminate flooring, Ikea looking furniture and very comfortable beds.Modern and quiet split air conditioning units. The additional sitting room had a nice sofa and 2 chairs, television and a small table and chairs and coffee table. Kitchen had microwave,fridge freezer, kettle and crockery. An iron and ironing board are provided. No washing machine which is only available in the deluxe suite. Complimentary bottled water was provided every day. Large bathroom with a walk in shower. Loved the suite apart from ; 1. Only one mirror which is in the bathroom. Room could do with a full length mirror 2.No wardrobe (only a hanging rail ). 3. Local teabags and coffee brand were provided, but no milk or sugar. However, there is a local shop nearby but it doesn't sell all the international brands - better to bring your own. 4. Cleaning could be slightly better Breakfast was in the Japanese restaurant in the hotel. No buffet but a set menu from a choice of 6 options, only one is a continental option - toasts, 2 eggs- omelette/scrambled,sausages, potato waffle etc. The other choices of Chinese/Malay/Japanese options were also tasty. Staff are kind and efficient and their prices for lunch/dinner were also reasonable. Enjoyed the Chinese dishes for lunch. Hotel is a little pricey considering no pool or gym, but nevertheless a comfortable stay.

  Excellent service

  I had a wonderful experience staying at anggerik. The hotel staff are very friendly and prompt to assist guests. I feel they had gone extra mile to make my staff more meaningful. They offer free shuttle to nearby touristy spots and airports. My room is spacious and big ensuite bathroom and living room. Everyone is eager to share where to go and visit in Brunei.i really like the hotel sales manager Mr Taufek Kee. He is very professional and patience answering all my questions. His Banquet staff has great attention to detail too. My training function was organised and managed by Taufek'team in very efficient manner. The hotel food is great too. I will certainly go back and stay there again.

  Spacious bedroom with a living room

  Booked a junior suite , which is located on the 5th floor. Room is quiet and spacious .I would have given a 5 star rating if not for the water heater , which didn't seem to work in the shower. (water temperature is just warm),
