  Could be better!

  I booked two rooms here, both bookings through different online companies. We went there on our motorcycles. The hotel is nice and clean but old. My colleague's room didn't have the air conditioner working upon check-in but this was fixed later. We didn't spend much time exploring the hotel facilities because we were busy riding to near by places. Breakfast was just normal, nothing fancy. One thing I didn't like was during check-out a front desk staff took AED 50 from my colleague and told him it was for tourism fee but then tourism fee is not AED 50. Finally a lady at the front desk helped me and refunded the remaining money. This is not good and I know because of one staff's behaviour others and the property itself gets a bad remark but then if this is not reported, it might happen again. Please advise staff not to give room for any negative remarks! It's the people who makes the difference, always! You do not get a second chance these days, so give your best, please be alert and attentive, especially when it comes to money (charges, bills, invoices etc)! This hotel has the potential to be the best in this region!

  Beautiful family friendly resort with a nice beach, good recreational facilities like tennis, squash, table tennis, fooseball, gym and pool. Exceptionally friendly staff all around who are warm and always happy to help.

  Worst Resort in UAE

  Housekeeping poor, service sub standard , old food, horrible customer service and rooms are deplorable. The WiFi network poor , wondering how such a worse place with so many useless managers got a five star rating. Never even get lost in this place !

  Business get away

  Amazing hotel with brilliant team, food was great, service was very quick, housekeeping is spot on. we will defiantly visit the hotel again and enjoy every part of the place. looking forward for our next visit.

  Great hotel to relax

  We arrived one hour before check-in time , however Mr Tamer the receptionist was so welcoming and helpful enough to accommodate us with his warm smile, we stayed on the third floor the room was very clean and cozy, we loved it. The view of the sea and the pool from the room is a breath-taking with the small balcony. But the small empty mini bar was smelly. The first night we had a dinner in the main restaurant. Ms. Rupa the waitress was so welcoming and attended our dinner, most of the waitresses and cooks are really welcoming and friendly. Specially Ms Charity she was so attentive and approaching throughout our three nights stay. The food quality was great we enjoyed it. It's quite at night and very relaxing. Our breakfast was good as well , in general the food quality was amazing. The dinner next day was good but my appetite was dropped by a staff who approached us while taking our food from the station. The staff came towards us with that serious face pointing to me to pull up my face musk even without greetings, actually I couldn't recognise who was he because the his wasn't formal attire and no name tag showed his name but only a tag related to Covid vaccination. I didn't make sense to me because everyone else in the restaurant with musk-off since we were there to eat , but the staff were with musk on which was understood. Later on the same person came to our table asking us (how do you do?) With his loose belt (yes) and then left. All in all that wasn't professional at all if he is a staff he should be trained well , but if he is a supervisor the he should reconsidered. The house keeping and the in room dinning have the fastest rapid response , we loved it. We loved the hotel the location is amazing away for the city noise the beach is just amazing. The staff are very helpful and attentive and the food was great. Definitely will come back and will be highly recommended. ZACH
