  Nice place but very poor food service

  We visited over the Easter weekend and took us over 1 1/2 hours to receive our lunch. Approached the management and there excuse was it is a busy weekend. This is not very good response to your customer. On busy periods increase your staff levels to cater for workload. Also there needs to more shared cottages around the pool areas for day use.

  What a hike!

  The property is situated on the hills - you need strong legs and a bottle of water getting to the cottages and around! So much greenery around and you can certainly feel youre in the tropics! The cottages (for day-stay) are of decent sizes - the smaller ones could accomodate up to 15 people. The cottages fee is consumable for food. The staff is very attentive and accomodating - I cant believe how many times they run back and forth on those steps! They definitely deserve decent tips. They are also activities you can do - a zipline, hike or canopy walk, swimming in the pool(s).

  Surrounded by Mother Nature

  The place is beautiful! You are surrounded by greenery and nature everywhere. Their pool is lovely as well. The hotel rooms are big and well furnished. Mine was missing the complimentary coffee and tea service when I checked in, and I had to make a call to housekeeping, but they responded to my request quickly. Buffet breakfast offers excellent choices, food we ordered for lunch and dinner were delicious as well. Staff are attentive and pleasant. Recommended!

  Improve your customer service!

  I messaged them many times to book a room. I was assisted by Saree and they have asked my details twice already. I sent them follow up messages to confirm my booking as i am overseas but no one responded. If your clients are making efforts to book a room for you at least be polite and respond to their emails.I ended up booking another hotel for my family who responded not more than an 1 hour after i send my query. Would i recommend your resort? I don't think so.

  Beauty In the Midst of Nature

  This month alone I have been to this resort four times bringing friends for lunch or for a day of getting together. I have heard of Damires before but it never caught my interest until one day, a friend came to visit and instead of going to the city for lunch, I brought her to this resort. We were pleasantly surprised. Reminded us of Bali as the decor is mostly Balinese. But what really made me go back is its natural beauty. You are in the midst of nature and there are many things to do: swim in its infinity pool or in its two other pools, hike, go for the zipline or canopy walk or their garden and buy some lettuce or potted flowers to bring home. Most friends I bring are in the 70s or almost and the walking is great because the plants and flowers are interesting. The staff is there to make your stay very pleasant. They are very attentive. The food is very tasty. As most of the dishes are made from what is seasonally available, sometimes, the items in the menu may not be available but there are other choices and they're all good.
