  Incredible place. Best hotel around Preveza

  We've visited this hotel three times since 2012 and every time we get the best service and attitude we can imagine. Extra tasty food - you should definitely try their meat and salads. Big pool with salted sea water as a bonus. And try their cocktails - especially "el presidente" with tequila

  Lovely hotel - would recommend

  Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a short break, 3 nights in the honeymoon room. The room was spacious with our own balcony sitting area and very clean. Great for a drink of wine before heading out. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming - always smiling and helping by the pool area being very attentive. The pool area has plenty of space and is relaxing, and family friendly. The hotel also offer a free shuttle into town and on the way back its only 5euro after which is great value. There is a small supermarket and a nice bakery nearby - they both sell these tiny little ice creams which are amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Pereza and I would stay again.   Our best holiday thanks to Daluz !

  Just came back from an 8 day stay at Daluz Boutique Hotel . We were a family of 7 adults plus on e 2 year old . It was a wonderful holiday because this hotel is such a gem . The rooms are spacious , the staff treated us like old friends and the amenities are great . Lovely pool which is very safe for children , great gardens to stroll around . They provided a shuttle service at a low cost to transfer us around when we didnt have a car and Costas the driver was very professional. Im sure we will return again at sometime , especially as the hotel will soon have a brand new spa and indoor pools to pamper ourselves ! Special thanks to Vasiliki the manager who was so helpful and all the staff for their great service always with a smile .

  Quite average

  We really wanted to like this hotel but I would say it is pretty average. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and there was nothing to really distinguish it as such, no amenities in the room, no tea/coffee (although there is a kettle in the room?!). Great shower and toiletries in the bathroom. Food is fresh and tasty but a bit overpriced and the selection is a bit limited too. We tried the cocktails during the 'happy hour' but both the mojito and pornstar martini were quite basic and we didn't have more. Breakfast selection is very limited, everything is self-service (including cutlery, napkins, and coffee), no one really explained how it works, there is no host to welcome or manager to supervise. We asked for cappuccinos and had to pay extra. In terms of fruit, there was only melon, watermelon and grapes and when the melon finished, it wasn't replenished. The toaster doesn't work properly (plus you need to wait for some toast) and only two of the pieces got toasted (the right side doesn't work). The pool is great but there is no gym, I have worked in hospitality for 8 years (in London and the rest of the UK) and service definitely needs to improve if you want to retain and attract new customers.

  Wonderful stay

  Having read the many nice reviews about this hotel, we booked it for a four night stay. We were placed in the new wing (built 2017) and got a really great room - spacious, clean and with a funky decor. Good service, ok breakfast buffet and a lovely pool with salt water, all placed in a lush garden. As it was end of season, we felt almost alone in the hotel and saw only a few other guests during breakfast. It would have been a little more fun staying there with more people around, especially when having dinner there. Instead we took our rental car and drove to Preveza, only 2-3 km away. All in all a very good experience and we will surely return.
