Early checkin is charged 10$ per hourI arrived in japan early morning so i show up to the Hotel extremely tired after traveling all night at 11h00. Receptionist told me I could check in early and to come back at 13h00 So i went out for Lunch and came back to check in early as i was nicely offered. Once back i was then asked to pay first 10$ per hour for checkin in early. I was kind of surprised and explain that i was not advice about it. But they just repeated that I have to pay now otherwise i could not get in the room. Which I did and requested an invoice as I kind was feeling worried about their attitude. A day after, i tried to explain to the receptionist that it was not nice to invite me to check in early and once I was there, they would charge me extra. She would not listen a second and just repeat that it was company policy. I made a point that Company policy is probably to charge extra for early check in therefore they should tell the guest in full and the truth. Anyway, except this stupid incident which was honestly unnecessary. All staff member are extremely diligent. It is a Business Hotel very well located with a great team. Anything i asked for was always done very well. The staff were indeed profesional. will be back!

OK choice for the areaAll in all, it's an ok choice. The hotel scores a 1 out of 10 for character, 7 out of 10 for comfort, 9 out of 10 for location, 9 out of 10 for the wifi, 3 out of 10 for the included breakfast, 5 out of 10 for amenities. Check-in was cold, yet efficient. The room was slightly larger than average for a room in Tokyo, and tastefully decorated overall. Bed was not very comfortable, nor were the pillows - very hard. Good sized bathroom with good amenities. Rooms have a Handy smartphone guests can use which is great for travellers. You can take this phone with you and use it for finding your way around the city using Google Maps, using the city guides/tour recommendations on the phone, free 30 minutes of mobile hotspot (then paid after that...). It was very, handy! My rate included breakfast, which is served at Il Chianti Restaurant below the hotel. Hours are 7:00am-10:00am (last entry for breakfast at 9:30am). It has an ok buffet selection, nothing special at all. And after eating this for 4 days in a row the offerings were very repetitive and boring. The hotel does not have a Fitness Centre, but directs guests downstairs to the Sports Club NAS, where hotel guests must pay 1080 JPY to use the facility. The hotel has guest laundry on the 10th floor and is self-serve. 200 JPY for just a wash, 400-500 JPY for wash/dry (in the same machine). Location is good - Osaki train station is less than a 5 minute walk away. There's lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Ginza area is only a 10 minute ride away on the train.

Great location, 5-mins walk to Osaki JR stationI booked a standard double room, 18 square meter in size. This is quite typical of business hotel in Japan, catering to people who travel for business. Whats interesting about this hotel is the provision of daily pyjama which is nice. Its about 5 mins walk to Osaki JR station on Yamanote line which easily connects you to other major parts of Tokyo. The downside is the breakfast. After trying the breakfast twice, I decided to have my breakfasts in other cafes nearby. There are lots of options for breakfast within 3-5 mins walk away.

COMFORTABLELike most Japanese hotels rooms are small by our standards. I had a double room which was adequate. Staff were very accommodating even though there was a language barrier, my fault. Good location plenty of restaurants and shiops close by, close to Metro
