You get what you pay forIf you read other reviews people are complaining about how basic the hotelnis. It that you have to pay to use the poole st. The thing is, this hotel is very cheap, so you can't expect absolute perfection. My room was comfortable, the shower was great (which is important! Everyone hates bad showers) It is also very close to the ceiling tee of Krakow with a bus route about 10 minute walk away. Or a taxi into the centre is only about 20 zloti (£5) . We really liked the hotel. It was perfect for what we wanted. Will look to stay here again on my next visit.

The worst hotel experience in my entire life!I don't even know where to start this review. The hygiene is an absolute nightmare - the rooms smell like they have never been vented and everywhere you look - it is dirty. The beds have stains on them, the bathrooms are horrible. I went to take a shower and I got what I tought was a clean towel - it had feces on it, actual brown spots of someone wiping their bottom with it. When I rushed to the reception to complain, I was met with a "I don't know, it is an external company that cleans the towels." Then they proceeded to try to find a clean towel - this took them half an hour - and even that one was questionable. It was too late to change the hotels so I decided to go to bed - what a mistake - bed full of bed bugs, I got bitten and could not sleep for one minute. I could not wait for the morning to go to an Airbnb. Service is absolutely terrible as well, lazy and not-responsive at all, finding excuses for everything that was wrong in the hotel. I seriously contemplated calling a health inspection. I usually never leave remarks, but I need to write this to warn anyone thinking of going there - just don't.

Cheap but some poor featuresWe stayed at this hotel because it was relatively close to the airport. It is in the middle of a suburb with no main roads near by so it is quiet. The sheets and towels were clean but the bottom sheet did not cover the mattress, and there was no mattress covering so one hates to speculate on how clean the mattress was. The clip holding the shower head was broken so one had to hold the shower head when showering. The breakfast was poor, with no fruit and was so crowded one day we had to stand at the bar. An airport shuttle was advertised (one reason for choosing this hotel) but it was more expensive than the taxi and did not run on Sundays

DisappointingMe and my boyfriend visited this place a couple days ago and were quite unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. Surroundings of the hotel seemed messy and the driveway wasnt really kept maintained. Parking lot in from of the hotel is quite small and I can imagine that quests driving SUV might struggle with passing by other cars. Check in procedure was fine, we were even given a map and were explained how to get to the city centre. When we entered our room there were two single beds instead on one regular double bed which was advertised on the portal we purchased the stay from. We went back to the reception to request a room that was advertised but receptionist said that all of them are booked and it was our responsibility to request a double bed when we made the reservation. I have to say that the stay was cheap but we did not expect sleeping on two separate beds. Moreover, the bed sheet is too short to cover the whole mattress and there was no mattress protector. The curtains were dirty with holes in them. Hand towels had holes all over them too, drawers were missing handles and were sticky. There is no shower gel in the bathroom, only store-bought liquid soap for hands which is fairly disappointing for a three-star hotel. The corners of the shower are not sealed properly so expect to have water all over the bathroom floor after you take a shower. But overall, bathroom was clean. Also, you can borrow a hairdryer per request. There is a sign in front of the hotel that notifies guests that its not allowed to drink alcohol in front of hotel and in the lobby by the reception which I dont get because there is beer available for purchase at the reception. My boyfriend decided to buy beer for us (to drink in our room) while I was in the reception bathroom and receptionist offered to open the bottles for us. While my boyfriend was waiting for me, he put down the beer on the table (didnt drink it) at the lobby and the receptionist rushed to him to tell him he couldnt put the bottles on the table. On our last day someone wad mowing the lawn at 7am so we couldnt really sleep since then. Breakfast was quite poor, overcooked sausages and completely unseasoned scrambled eggs. The decor of the restaurant was very obsolete. Definitely not a three star hotel, dont get fooled!!!

Get what you pay forStaff were very friendly. Always willing to help with taxis etc.. Room was very clean but does need a lot of updating. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. Good value for money . Just a bit further from main square than expected.
