  The best for the family!

  Me and my family was in this hotel in august. We really enjoyed out stay in this hotel. The food was various and tasty.The room was servised great. The hotel stuff was very polite attentive. Many thanks to Olga. Very responsible and considerate staff. Thank you for comfort!

  Daima biz hotel food is awful

  I have been there last week, the sight and facilities are good but 2 things are very bad in the hotel. First food is awful, it is a self service buffet all inclusive but food was repeated every meal, the food was not fresh, and mixed with other things for next meal. I got stomach ache because of ruined food. Also we have plenty of ants in the room, once you left something on the table, you see them all :))

  average 5 star hotel,great aqua park

  Average hotel. The rooms are large and spacious. Hygiene is very bad, sometimes you don't even clean the rooms. They rarely bring water to the mini bar. The internet is very, very bad. Food choices average for this category of hotel. They do not supplement the food during the meal. Everybody speaks Russian, some of them know English at the reception. There is only one beach bar, and it is always crowded, and in the evening all the happenings are on that bar. The hotel description says they serve ice cream, and it's not true, the ice cream is charged.The beach is ok. It's only difficult to find a free lounge, but it has nothing to do with the hotel, but with the non-cultural Russians, who take up loungers by the pool and on the beach. The kids animation team is great. Evening animation is average. The animation team is good. The only phenomenal thing that made us choose the hotel is the aqua park Dolu Su, where hotel guests have free access. But all the shortcomings I listed were nullified because we were in good company and had a great time

  Hotel is good BUT SERVICE AND STUFF IS TERRIBLE!!!

  We spent over two weeks at this hotel with two children. Service is awful. Stuff at reception is good but main restaurant stuff are terrible. Kicked out people who have not finished eating since lunch is over, although we didnt take new dishes, we just finished eating. All Stuff are never smile. Only sometimes at the bar stuff is good. No one say hello or have a good day. Territory, swimming pools and aqua park are really 5stars.All other is 2 stars even not 3. Rooms are good but all inventory are broken. I think management has never trained stuff. It seems is that hotel has not managers at all. It can be expensively luxury hotel if majority of stuff will be changed. Various of food and ingredients but dishes always repeated. Stuff in the restaurant sometimes stuck but there are Lots of tables with dirty dishes and guests tried to find free clean table. Restaurant has huge space but all meals concentrated at one place, consequently people are running and waiting and running again using one free space near meal. It is funny and stupid. Good buildings but a lot of lamps are not working. lamps in the corridors do not have shades. Tv sets has not batteries inside remote controls. This hotel spent money to buy two tv sets but has not batteries for remote controls))) It has best location in kemer. Hotel has the best swimming pools and aqua park but stuff can not repair or change by new ones sunbeds on the beach and near swimming pools. And we can see a lot of damaged sunbeds which no body using but everybody see it. Cleaning service is terrible too. Ashtray and bins has not been empty for 2-3 days in the room. I tipped the cleaners but the service didnt improve on this and the room cleaning too Soap in the bathrooms are absent. Only little bottles with shampoo but hotel has special bottle for soap liquid in the bathroom. Owner of daima hotels you are loose money and profit every day.

  Non clean ,bad service and no real 5 stars

  Best advise about trip to this area is that select. Another hotel exactly ,plates are wet in lunch and dinner time ,quality moderate , WiFi very bad quality ,you will not access to net from rooms at all , this hotel is just a3 star hotel in all
