  Avoid!! Keep away!!

  I can only write about the SPA inside the hotel. Dirty and with the worst service in Ho Chi Minh City. Cunning organisation ready to take advantage of the foreigner. If you are a foreigner all excuses are good to take advantage of you and take as much money as possible from you with the most colourful excuses. I come to Ho Chi Minh since 10 years and always found personnel friendly and honest in the many SPA and hotels I visited. This place does not represent Vietnam. If you dont want a bad experience, avoid it. Dont react and dont try explaining your reasons, here you are one against all. Just turn around and get out of this stinking place!!

  Dreadful. Cynical. Exploitative. Disrespectful.

  Went to their overpriced useless Spa. They treat you like sheep going through a dip. 290K for a massage and spa. The spa was dirty. The back scrub amateurish, then..... after paying $290K at the desk, they want another $200K for "tip" before the massage commences. He wasn't a paticularly nice person and I didn't really want him touching me, never mind coughing up another $200k Got dressed and left. Avoid. Just horrible.

  Rub n Tug

  Got the nudge from a blog that the spa was a good place for a rub n tug. Ultimately it did not dissapoint, however there are some points to be aware of. You arrive and are spirited through the back to the spa. Once you "secure" your clothes in the locker you are taken to the steam room/sauna area. All fine. Once finished the men show you to a room with a massage bed for a wash and one of the chaps gives you a right good scrub down. When finished he asks you to sign a chit for the wash. Oh Ho thinks I, this must be the for the "tug". It's not. Long story short you get through to a Private room for mediocre massage with a championship happy ending. She then asks you for her tip. Ultimately it was about $10 for the massage. $10 for the crack wash. Then $10 for the tug job. But a cracking effort.

  Worst hotel ever!!!

  I booked for this via pictured shown on Agoda but then it turned into so so so BAD! Dont ever believe in their room pictures displayed!!! Super dirty! I could not sleep at night because of the smell bed and pillows! Every corner in this hotel is dirty too! Even at Recentionlist and Lobby!!! Never comeback!!!!

  very bad hotel very dirty..breakfast the worst like prison food....... so dirty and bad hotel and smelly in all corner please avoid this hotel....this hotel must be close immediatelyn there lots bad things and dirty things and canning and cheating in this hotel
