  EXCELENTE HOTEL A PIE DE PISTAS DE SKY

  Muy buen hotel. Excelente relación precio-calidad. Excelente comida y desayuno espectacular. Personal muy profesional y atento. Habitaciones espaciosas. Vamos, un hotel que se puede recomendar sin dudarlo. Tiene zona de parking y está muy cerca de los telesillas para ir a esquiar. Perfecto.

  Excelente!!! Muy lindo, muy buena vista desde la habitacion. Muy buena atencion en recepcion y en el comedor. El personal es muy atento y siempre dispuesto a resolver nuestras inquietudes. Realmente vale la pena!

  A PIE DE PISTA

  A pie de pista con acceso a toda la estación. Cena de lujo, trato amable y servicial, recomendable para esquiar en Madonna. La habitación familiar es cómoda y permite cierta intimidad. Buenas vistas sobre Madonna i los Dolomitas.

  DISRESPECTED AND ASSAULTED BY THE OWNER

  Let me tell you a story about the owner of this hotel. When you think about a owner of a hotel, what do you imagine? Experienced guy, respectful, nice talking, gentle, careful, etc. Well.. that's not the person I had the bad luck to meet. I went to Hotel Dahu at mid of January to spend my winter vacation with my family and friends. On my last night (about January 24th, 2020) I was arriving at the hotel with my snowboard and a huge shopping bag with my new snowboard bag, by chance the owner was at the door and opened it for me and I went straight to the elevator. Without even asking where I was going he came to me, already in an unnecessary tone, saying (in a bad English) that I couldnt go in the elevator (that goes up and down) with my snowboard and that I should go downstairs by the stairs to the deposit and leave my board there. Ive tryed to explain that I was leaving tomorrow and that I needed to pack my snowboard on the bag that I just bought. Because his english is very poor and he wasn't really able to communicate with me he started to get very rude for no reason. Anyway, I didn't go on the elevator and started my way down on the staircase and suddenly he came after me and grabbed my snowboard from my hands without asking or saying a word to me. I stopped for a few minutes trying to understand what was that all about. After that I had to followed him upstairs and saw that my board was at his office, just where the reception is. So I headed there and tried to get it back. Once he saw me he came to me again using his men strength against a women (myself) and took it from me and simply threw in the room like any kind of garbage being really rude and impatient for nothing. There was an employee (a woman) at the office with us (maybe his assistant or manager at the hotel) that didnt do nothing about it and he wanted her to explain to me in English (because he is Italian) the reason I couldnt go to my room with my board (?) which I already knew and not even that, I had already understood his poor english and already had my way downstairs to the deposit. And this scene of me trying to get my board back from him happened at least 2 more times until I said I was going to call the police. He grabbed my board from my hand with strength more than 3 times.. He wouldnt allowed me even to touch my board, how crazy is that.. What he did was completely abusive and agressive. He used of the man power to abuse a 27 years old women for nothing, only because he said he could. Im sure if this was a 62 feet men he wouldnt have treated him like this. I said to him: this is my board, you cant do this. He answered: this is my hotel! And I can do whatever I want! How are you supposed to feel safe at a hotel with your family with a man treating you like this? We were a big group, with more than 3 seniors, 3 babies, and at least 10 adults. What could have him done with other people in other situations like this? At that moment, I was really nervous and called my family to help me. They went there and the owner of the hotel closed the door of his office at my face refusing to talk to me. Makes no sense at all, so disrespectful. Im not afraid to say that what I suffered was another of many cases from a male dominant society. I cried for hours after all this, being abused for no one reason, thats a reflection of the society unfortunately we have to live in. But this is not acceptable anymore. After doing some research on the bad reviews here, Ive noticed some familiar behaviors from the hotels behalf, always blaming the guest/customer/client. And it wouldnt surprised me if he would do it here. So, my advice to everyone is: Dont ever stay at this Dahu hotel. Be really careful with your choice. Almost all the crew are as rude as the owner, they dont have much patience with the guests, with foreign people who doesnt speak their language. The restaurant is really confusing, they are always mad for something. Good luck to all the employees. Wish you all much love to make it through, because this is definitely what is missing about this place.
