A midrange family resort that charges luxury resort price.I can't seem to decide what this is. So it's built like an luxury resort and charges fees like a luxury resort but all little things that lacked made it feel like cheap 2.5 star hotel instead of a luxury one. Room - I got a 2 bedroom suite on 9 th floor of east tower right off the elevations. The suite has kitchenette with small fridge, sink, stove, but no microwave. There was no option for both rooms to be furnished with beds. One has a queen size bed and the other was optional Korean traditional sleep on the floor deal. We got view of the water park and the bay, which was nice, but way the hotels/outside was built, it somehow amplified the sound. With window open I was able to hear people talking down on 1st floor courtyard in a normal voice. But with windows closed it was very quite and well soundproofed from neighbors. So here's why this seems like a pretentious luxury resort. We were given only one small towel per person, and no bath towels. With 2 rooms we got 4 towels total. There were some discoloration on the ceiling, in one of the bedroom and living room. There was kitchen with stove top and even water boiler, but no microwave. There was a rip in a couch that were poorly repaired. AC, located in living room did not really circulate well into bedrooms. Just general complain, but there was no shower curtain in the bathroom so water splashed everywhere. So from the price they charge, I was expecting a luxury resort. Current rate lists the suite as 680,000 won (appr 680USD). It is very clean hotel but this place is more like family resort that is way overpriced. Resort - Resort seems to attract regular folks. There were plenty of families. 2 separate University conference type where students were packing boxes of food/alcohol. Parking was self-parking, not sure if they have a valet. There is a convenient store in B2 level and right across the street from the resort. There are couple restaurants inside the resort. And the water park, Ocean Bay. I didn't see any beaches nearby. Breakfast buffet was priced reasonable for one visit.

First stayThis resort is further in and away from tongyeong but has a beautiful view of the ocean and harbor. They also have an outdoor pool and water park with slides. Lots of parking and a baskin robbins ice cream and Starbucks. The rooms are large with kitchenette but bathrooms don't have bath towels only towels a little larger than wash towels (bring your own I guess).

Big «scam»Went to the water park with my family and some friends, totally 8 persons. Had to pay a fortune, totally 400$ just to enter the park! But OK, payed the money and entered! The park if self is looking nice, but thats it. Inside we wanted to find some place to lay down. Found a «Sunbed» for families. «Sorry Mr., you have to pay 190$ to use this bed!» Sorry, no chance I want to pay 190$ to lay down there! Found a table and 4 chairs another place inside the park. «Sorry Mr., you have to pay 70$ to use this»! Ok, we payed to use those expensive seats, rather than sit on the tiles! We wanted to test the swimming pool to chill down a little bit. «Sorry Mr., you and all of your friends need to have lifewest to enter the pool. You can rent it here!» Then we had to rent life west! Once more, we tried to enter the swimming pool! «Sorry Mr., everyone needs to wear a hat/caps to be able to enter the swimming pool»! Here we go again! Now we have to locate a place to buy or rent a caps/hat for 8 people! Lunch, we did not even think about buying here. Guess we would have been riped off there as well! For sure, this is the first and last time I bring my family or friends to this place!

Never coming backMost expensive, worst place I ever went to-NEVER coming back What kind of place lures you inn, only to rip you off, and demand that you and your family rent lifejackeys to swim in water from 0,30-1,65m?? Come on!!! And you are mostly not allowed to Seim without a hat or a cap.. WTF???? Ruined my day, looks Nice from the outside, but inside rules and prices are just ridicilous
