  Run.. dont walk, to this amazing hotel

  Oh D- Resort Murat Reis, How we love you. Aftee previous experiences at D Maris Bay we had expectations of this property. They were all promptly and perfectly, met. From the first interaction everyone was amazing. The property is stunning. This hotel was nothing short of a paradise for 2 over - stressed New Yorkers. It was a memorable experience for us and thank you to all stuff who made our holiday amazing.

  Perfect Holiday

  It was a perfect holiday, the staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean. And the Restaurant (who is also serving to the beach) is very Successful. You can have a sushi, pizza or kokoreç at the same time.

  Over priced, under delivered

  We chose this hotel thinking it's a high quality one however the service is definitely not a 5* hotel. We requested room service and was out of the room from 9 am till 3 pm. Noone came to clean. Called 3 more times, it was 5 pm and only after i went to reception physically and complaint for the 4th time they sent someone. It was 6 pm! For the price we paid especially off season (in Sept.) this treatment is not justified. Sea and the beach was filled with seaweed. All service at restaurants is stingy, you ask for sugar they bring one pack for 1 person. Never saw this treatment anywhere else.

  Enjoy

  Great hotel in a perfect green and relaxing garden.Everything is very clean and the people are very nice.The beach is sandy and the seawater shallow.The hotel put a net in the water so there are NO JELLYFISH at all.The rooms are well furnished and spacious.Take the rooms with sea view. The hotel manager is every day in the hotel and taking care that everything is running well.

  Great joy in Ayvalik

  Very good hotel located in the huge green area. Very attentive ,helpful and respectfull staff. They all serve with charming smiles even they wear masks you can see those smiles. I specially would like thank them Ahmet at the restourant and Ercan who works at the cleaning team.Even i ask several times for some items ,he offered me with full of patient. They serves breakfast hot starters at the buffets the other foods are served with stretchpants cause of covid 19. Overall , hotel is so clean and calm if i come this area again,I exactly come back this stunning hotel.
