  Amazing hotel & entertainment

  Wow what can we say this hotel is out of this world , warm , welcoming & great fun for familys. This was our first holiday to Greece after visiting many other countries but this by far has won our hearts. The staff can not do enough they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The complex is very big and spotless its very well maintained with staff working very hard to ensure this is possible. The Entertainment team Tee & Talia wow by far are a huge credit to this hotel constantly smiling, constantly laughing constantly dancing & always interacting with the guests & kids, They help to make this hotel what it is today and we looked forward to seeing them and there amazing shows on an evening ( thanks Tee &Talia) you both really do work hard Due to Covid the food was very limited but what we did eat was very tasty ( full English , fresh pizzas, roast beef, salads, nuggets, burgers, hotdogs etc) The restaurant was very well organised to ensure all of there guests safety & spotlessly clean. The rooms were perfect for what we needed, they do need a little updating but to lay our heads it was just fine. A huge shout out to Roy for making our stay extra special and answering all of our questions before arrival, and a massive thank you Roy for the lovely welcoming note, champagne & flowers that was a beautiful touch . The aqua park is fantastic also for kids and adults we had some super fun days on there and the kids loved it. The hotel is only a short 10 minute walk in to falaraki centre where youll find all the local restaurants, bars & shops & beaches its in an ideal location. All In all we will definitely be back to explore this beautiful island some more. Thanks again cyprotel. We will definitely be back see you soon Vicki & Brian

  Amazing place

  Just returned from a 12 day holiday at the Cyprotel, and it was amazing. After a difficult time with covid this is just what the doctor ordered ! The hotel and its grounds are spotlessly clean, the food was very good considering we were there is it began to close for the season. The staff were fantastic, Mel on reception was very warm and welcoming and also could not do enough for us ...thankyou Mel. The restaurant staff were so attentive to your needs specially with the covid restrictions. Our room was in the 7000s up a steep hill at the top of the little resort, we were very happy with our room everything there that was needed, i can not thank the hotel enough for putting a smile on my face after such a difficult year, we had a blast !

  Such a lovely relaxing holiday

  Had a lovely 7 night stay here back in September - the weather was hot and steamy and just what we needed after a long lockdown in England. There was a lovely quick check in and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. The pool area was busy but not packed - we always managed to get sunbeds and the bridge seemed to be a natural barrier between families with kids, groups of young adults and the quieter couples who just wanted to chill. The only downside was the grass, it is a pet hate of mine of grass around a pool area but there were a few areas of concrete if you were quick in the morning. There was a smaller quiet pool but all the beds were pretty close to the path so it felt like people were too close. The entertainment was really good every night and so chatty and friendly. When we went, all the restaurant was open just socially distanced, you had to wear a mask in the main hotel building and the restaurant and you were able to point to what you wanted from each section and it was put on a plate for you. The restaurant was very clean as were all the main hotel building. I would recommend this hotel to anyway, wanting a good budget all round all inclusive in close proximity to the night life and bars.   Perfect chill in the sun holiday

  Found this place great, we arrived end of Sept for a 2 weeks stay, the place was quiet as it was coming to the end of season but perfect for myself and 2 daughters with special needs and disabilities. The staff were amazing, Mel on the reception at night was so fun and even lent us her giant inflatable pink flamingo, Elza to take down to the local beach,there was a free bus every day that took you down to the beach which was a 5 min drive, so you could also walk it if you wanted to. The hotel was a little isolated but again was fine we went to get away and chill in the sun. I have to sympathise also i could see there were things needing upgrading and improving but with the current world wide financial crisis i feel with no profits they are going to struggle to do whats needed, mainly the rooms, the beds were very old and uncomfortable and the rooms in need of some tlc. We spent most of our time at the pool with the water slides which were brilliant loads of fun, just lacked drink facilities as you needed to walk to another pool area to find a bar to get a drink. The kids pool next to the water slide pool could also do with an upgrade a few more sensory fixtures in it, when they can afford of course. But the staff really made this holiday, they were just fantastic, so happy helpful and friendly, loved the restaurant staff, it was like one big happy family even though they had staff from Holland, France, Athens and other parts of Greece they all worked hard and well together. Im sure we will go back. The entertainment on an evening was light and fun, also a really good Michael Jackson tribute act. Well done in these difficult times, we felt very safe and relaxed and felt we made new friends. Hope the rooms can get improved and updated soon, would love to come back

  Week visit before further UK lockdown restrictions

  We arrived at the hotel on 03/10/2020, the reception was immaculate and we were well informed on everything we needed to know, hotel & covid related. Our room was on the first floor and overlooked the waterpark. It was cleaned every 2 days and came with a safe and fridge. The pools were well cleaned and there was plenty of sunbeds available all day everyday. Sofia at the pool bar was so lovely and learnt our drinks order straight away which made our whole experience that bit better! Tee & Talia from the entertainment team were amazing and tried to make everyones holiday fun even though not many games were allowed due to covid. Everyone at the restaurant was so helpful and smiley. There was still loads of choice for all meals even though half of restaurant was closed. The staff were quick to clear tables as we were not allowed to re-use cutlery or plates/cups. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk away from loads of bars, restaurants and shops. We left on the 10/10/2020 which was the last day the hotel was open for the season. Throughout the week the numbers decreased making the hotel nice and quiet - we heard it can be quite busy during peak times!! We had the best week away and would love to return to experience the hotel once COVID-19 restrictions end.
