  Surprisingly good

  We arrived earlier, but they did check us in. It was about 2 o'clock, so they offered us convenience soup, tea, coffee, biscuits, ice-cream, 2 kinds of juice. They even offered us a massage chair and sauna, all for free. The room had air conditioning, TV set, slippers, shower and shampoo cream, toothbrush, hair drier and a fridge. Very good. Because we choose a no windows room (cheaper), we stood in the basemment, no lift.

  Very comfortable stay!

  The room was very clean, it provided all the necessities and the staff was simply amazing. Even though no one spoke English very well, they went for the extra mile trying to show good restaurants and tourist attractions with hands and feet. It was a super warm welcome :). On the day that we checked out, it was pouring rain. The lovely Mr Su offered to bring us to the MRT station which proves his passion. Even though the location was a tad off, we would definitley come back here!

  Budget hotel that managed to exceed my expectations

  Hotel was located at a very tranquil location by the Love River. The view over the river was spectacular especially at night. Staff could not have been more helpful. Facility was very clean with excellent sound insulation. Double bed was comfortable but the mattresses on the bunk bed were a little bit hard for me. Hotel provided free self-service laundry. No available dryer machine but spacious room with drying racks next to the laundry room was more than enough. Last but not least, the breakfast sandwiches were fabulous. Great value for money!!! Will definitely recommend it!

  Perfect location, service, amenities, and staff! Will come again!

  This hotel is perfect for making the best out of your visit to Kaohsiung. The location couldnt be better, walking distance from tourist spots, lots of food, convenience stores, and anything you may need. Its also close to public transport and they provide free bicycles which was perfect for exploring the city in the summer. We also really enjoyed strolling by the river, which is steps away from the hotel. We loved the hotel amenities which give you a lot of value for your money: therere washing machines, bicycles, ice-cream, cookies, instant noodles, coffee, tea, juices, all for free! The traditional popsicle they provide was the perfect dessert every night. The breakfast is also included, with different options to choose from. The staff are the nicest, we really appreciated all their help and advice on where to go and what to eat. Special thanks go to Jean Wang and Jerry Tung, who were very efficient with all of our questions and always with a smile on their faces. You made us feel at home! The room was also very comfortable, with all you need to relax and enjoy the city. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. Do not hesitate to stay here, wed definitely come again next time were in the city!

  Excelente value for money, super convenient and great staff!

  Great hotel. The location is amazing, near to the river on a quiet zone but also close to public transport, restaurants and stores. I loved that they gave us free bycicles. It's a great way to discover the beautiful Kaoshiung. Such a great place! So many things to see! The staff is amazing. They are super warm, kind and attentive. We feel grateful for Jean Wang and Jerry Tung who went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing time. The hotel also has a lovely common area, where you have breakfast. They also provide nice free snacks (instant noodles, cookies, juices and even traditional taiwanese ice cream! my favorite was the peanuts flavor... amazing!). The room was big, bright and super clean. Really good experience. For sure I will come again!
