  Great Place! Beautiful View

  I am here for business and looked at several hotels. Nothing compares to this. The price was great and the 1 bedroom is tasteful decorated. I had never been here so I was hesitant in regards to no one being at the front desk, but everything is pretty simple and I can text The Guild and get a reply within minutes. There are two buildings and covered parking everything is in walking distance. They will even pick up groceries and bring them to you. The room with a balcony facing the River is just beautiful. I have to come back in December and I will stay here again! I would recommend The Guild to anyone.

  Noise-levels

  While the level of service was great, a new bar opened up called The Fishbowl. They have been pumping loud music into the night (until almost 2 AM on my second night). I had to call the police, and The Guild did assist with the process, but it was not ideal. I lost almost a whole night of sleep. They offered to move my room and give me earplugs. There was a faint smell of smoke in the room on bedding. The carpet in the bedroom should be replaced.

  Different experience

  We stayed here because it was close to the ballpark.the room waa comfortable and spacious but...I didn't realize that this was a private residence that rents out units. We drove 7 hours arriving early...but there is no early check in. There is no one on site to help our check in. You have to call or text. At check in, you get a security code for the door. It doesn't always work and many people jammed it by not waiting long enough to let the system reset. Several times we got locked out and couldn't get in until someone was coming out. There is a parking structure but again you can't get the code to park until you check in meaning that you need to find a place to park on the street or blocks away to get the process started. Park I g is at a premium and it took us almost an hour to find someplace to park just to check in. All in all, aside from the not so easy check in process, we were very happy with our stay and the facility

  Not a hotel

  Appartment building , like airbnb , parking available, very clean , didnt like the security check process, but once arrived i realized why its done , the room and floor clean , had to cross the street but not a big deal unless traveling with kids , would like to stay in same garage building next time .

  AWFUL

  I was arriving in a few minutes waiting for my check in information and I received nothing. I had to call them and little did I know my reservation was canceled!!! They didnt bothering telling me.awful
